The White Border in the Alert Queue window can be Detached

So... I noticed Something with the Latest Patch...

I tried to Chance the Position of the Alert Queue and Instead I Dragged and removed the Border...

This never happened before, it seems that the latest patch broke something

(on the other hand, I got my self a Text Box)
POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds!     Not only that. While that window is open, older windows that used to overlap it when clicked on no longer overlap. Also the Exit button doesn't work.

    There were some queue UI changes in the latest p̶a̶t̶c̶h̶ reset.

    I did that too. I've repoted the exit not working
