(An Character? Good Job Grammar)
--
Pretty Simply idea that poped in my mind during chat discussion about a really Overrated Boring Cookie Cutter FreeForm Build that everyone and their mother use both in PvP and PvE
The main idea of this Challenge is:
Don't make the character's Build based on the character's appearence and story
but Make the character's appearence and story based on the Build
based on a Quote "So we are making characters based on Builds instead of Builds based on our characters now?"
and
"Because 2GM, AoPM, Ebon Ruin, Strafing Run, Ascension TOTALLY screams THEMED-Build you Guys " which I see in various different Chat rooms
POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds! Running out of Unique FF builds due to the lack of updates and synergies! Playing since 1 February 2011 128 + Characters (21 ATs, 107 FFs) ALTitis for Life!
I have at least two ideas - I'll post them later, because I want to do up the costumes, too.
Edit: Okay, just one for now, because it didn't save my pic of War Angel in any kind of usable format.
I therefore present:
Magitech!
In his home universe, just a couple of dimensions over thataway, he's a cop, in a world where magic and technology are the same thing. His enchanted combat suit enables amazing feats of speed and physical dexterity; like all police suits in his world, it comes equipped with a pair of magically-enhanced pistols that fire slivers of crystallized anaesthetic (capable of rendering almost any organic being unconscious - eventually). It is also defended by magical fields that enhance the abilities of nearby allies, and repair the suit when it's damaged.
"Science teaches us to expect -- demand -- more than just eerie mysteries. What use is a puzzle that can't be solved? Patience is fine, but I'm not going to stop asking the universe to make sense!"

That's pretty clever description actually, you gave a good explanation of why this character use Both Magic and Techology
and oh WOW you found use of EVERY power I put on the Build  Kudos, this is EXACTLY what I love to see!
Strafing Run is just a fellow fallen warrior angel doing a fly by with TGM.
What?
Visually this sounds pretty AWESOME!

muliple man-(the man with (so many) different abilities.
everytime he gains an ability , it is different from the previous.
In envy of those with a matched powerset.
he makes up for it by being, heroic, agile, healthy in mind and body.
makes other people feel better than usual when near him,
having the ability to heal others by meerely concentrating.
He has total control over his bodies molecules, allowing him to keep going longer and making him harder to hit and damage in combat.
Some times he is even able to effect other peoples bodies, slowing their healing and enabling them to be captured easily.
has had training in martial arts- particularly mental focus, acrobatics and small arms.
Fraff Morgan was a former olympic gymnist, and an elite former US Marine who one day started studying the dark arts after a confrontation with some DEMON peoples, but because of his combat focused nature he never gained a broad understanding of the arts and really just learned the most direct combat-effective methods.
One day he had to fight a super dangerous guy named Nemesis X, and his assistant Brain George, knew that even with his guns and dark magic, Fraff was no match for Nemesis X, so he developed a special technological bracer for Fraff filled with nanomachines that could protect him. However, even with all of that, Fraff was badly outmatched by Nemesis X... he was being beaten so badly that the stress of the battle cause him to unleash latent telekenetic abilities that allowed him to guide his bullets to Nemesis X's critical points, but because he had never trained his abilities, they were only temporarily available to him... and when they went away he was defeated and killed...
...but it was not Fraff Morgan's time! A guardian angel came down and posessed Fraff, healing him, empowering his guns, and giving him the temporary ability to fly around like a apolstergheist. Even then, Nemesis X was a tough sumbarg, so Fraff had to call in a favor from one of his military buddies, who flew over at just the right time and bombed the bullyhoo out of Nemesis X just as Fraff was having another one of his telekenetic outbursts which helped him guide those bombs right into Nemesis X's face!
Everyone involved agreed to lend their support to Fraff again if he ever needed it, the end.
Oh and then he got bored fighting weak dumb criminals so he started competing in the Hero Games instead.
The specializations and talents had me thinking military, and when I saw Strafing Run and Two Gun Mojo in the list I decided to go with it.
Meet Jink, an Air Force pilot who lost her eyes and right arm when a Mystical supervillain shot her jet down. He intended to sacrifice her to a demon to increase his powers, but inscribed the wrong runes on the pentagram. Instead of the demon entering the world through her body, she gained magical powers. After she was rescued by the military, they replaced her missing limbs with prosthetics that could release nanites to accelerate her reaction speed and healing rate.
Even with the mechanical augmentation, she was psychologically unfit to pilot a jet again, so with Uncle Sam's blessing, she decided to use her magic powers with her military training to become a superhero. But she wasn't gonna wear no pansy-**** robe. So she made some modifications to her jumpsuit to reflect her new powers and took to the streets.
Coloration has never been my strong suit, but eh, I tried. And yes, she does have two headsets on. She became rather paranoid after she got shot down and couldn't contact anyone for days. She occasionally uses them to have one of her AF buddies do an air strike on cosmic supervillains.
Staff Sergeant Thomas McCreary (US Army, Ret.) had come home from Afghanistan to Millennium City with severe injuries that left him crippled and homebound. None of that mattered, however, when he saw the old woman on the street being attacked by Cobra Lords. He managed to hold them off long enough for the woman to escape - before they killed him.
McCreary's actions caught the attention of the Greek goddess Nemesis, redresser of imbalances and avenger of crime. She chose McCreary as being worthy of wielding a measure of her power, and resurrected him. Now, as War Angel, he uses his divine power to cleanse evil from the streets of his hometown.
"Science teaches us to expect -- demand -- more than just eerie mysteries. What use is a puzzle that can't be solved? Patience is fine, but I'm not going to stop asking the universe to make sense!"
"Stand aside, mortal," said the stranger. "Seek not to bar my way."
The cowboy glanced at him, then at his wife in the cottage, her face pale with fever.
"Know that I am His mercy," the stranger continued, "as well as His wrath."
Slowly, the cowboy pushed back his long coat, his hands hovering over his holsters.
"Blasphemy," hissed the stranger, "how could you, of all sinners, deny my power?"
The cowboy hadn't understood much of the stranger's yapping. He thought it sounded like the writing in the Good Book, which his wife pushed into his hands as he hung up his six-shooters for good. He knew he was so far past the point of redemption he couldn't see it under his mountain of corpses, but he tried, and Lord knows she tried to help him.
Yet she was at death's door, or rather, he was at hers. Finally, he spoke.
"Draw."
The stranger's confusion turned into contempt. He drew. But not fast enough.
Now...
"FORWARD, FOR VIPER!" The Viper commander lowered his loudspeaker, "So...what?"
"So," said the scientist, "that's who just wiped out your whole 1st platoon!"
"What? You're saying he took the power of the angel of death by killing him?"
"Well, energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed, therefore..."
"And he's mad at us for disturbing his grave? ARMOUR COMPANY, MOVE UP!"
"Not his," he shrieked, over the soldiers' screams of panic, "it's not his!"
An nearby APC exploded, knocking him off his feet and showering him in debris.
"It's hers," the scientist whimpered as he watched the commander march up.
"SURRENDER, uh, PARTNER! ALL THESE TANKS HAVE THEIR GUNS LOCKED ON YOU."
The cowboy hadn't understood much of the stranger's yapping. Finally, he spoke.
Once upon a time there was a person who wanted to win at pvp, so they made a character with that build. They got what they wanted, but everyone else thought they were a tool forever after. The end.
Okay, I have to ask...wouldn't Concentration be the better form than FotT?
No Really I don't! I only see others using it and Tried to Imitate it on PowerHouse planner
I'm not using this Build, but from my experience with Specialist AT it work really good with 2GM (which gives you a Stack of Concentration on fully maintance) and since this Build Primary is DEX and Critical Hits, I assumed that FotT would be better choice...?
and I just remembered that Concentration scales with either Ego or Intelligence :S

WOW! I really like this one!
Loving the Costume and the Backstory! Her appearence is really nice!

This is actually kind of close to Eukro's build truthfully....
She is a former Special forces/SWAT sniper who over the course of hanging out at Caprice has had numerous run ins with powerful entities which have given her a few magicky super powers.
Wait, designing the powers and then making the costume/character to fit isn't what everyone does?
I view it just like a real comic book. Spider-man wouldn't be spider-man without the spider like powers. Cyclops' costume and name would be pretty silly if he were a speedster.
In game, I am @EvilTaco. Happily killing purple gang members since May 2008.

What?
And playing by myself since Aug 2009

Hey I've seen dumber stuff in comic books.
My super cool CC build and how to use it.
