Help with a Telekinetic ranged hero

This is my first freeform hero, and I'm having some difficulties getting the build perfect (especially the advantages). I was hoping for some input on changes I should make to the hero. I was trying to build for survivability first, then add the attacks in after, please let me know what you think.

    Masterful Dodge is generally superior to Unbreakable IMO.

    The knockdown advantage on TK Burst means increased survivability by reducing target damage output.

    Ranking your toggle provides little benefit.

    The advantage on the TK block to provide some lingering benefit is another survivability boost.

    I made the changes you suggested for the advantages. However, I read that Masterful Dodge is superior to Unbreakable only when paired with bountiful chi resurgence. But since I have regeneration, I thought resurgence would be a better heal.

    Typically, yes, ranking a toggle form like Enrage or Concentration has little benefit. If you have the Mental Discipline form, however, it's good to rank up since it's bonuses per stack of Ego Leech actually increases with rank. Concentration ranks just give you an extra stack of the buff while out of combat.

    I recommend switching out Ego Blade Annihilation for Telekinetic Lance. EBA is a melee power, while the Lance is a ranged power.

    Unbreakable actually isn't too bad now that it's been fixed up. I'm not sure if I'd say it surpasses Masterful Dodge, but it's reliable.

    Yeah, when I mentioned toggles not being all that worth ranking I meant specifically the additive toggles.
