What's going on?

Hey,

Uhh I'm not sure why but I paid $15 the beginning of the month and my subscription canceled before the month was over. It has only been activated for 10 days since I paid for it and now its saying that my account subscription is inactive. What's going on?

    You are probably best of contacting costumer support.

    probabaly an issue with your payment method.. who knows.. maybe you didn't actually get charged and so you got 10 days for free? better go check you money

    And whatever you do, don't blame PWE, because it's most certainly never ever ever their fault. Their systems are absolutely perfect and flawless and nothing ever ever goes wrong. They might even Bioware you for a few days if they don't like your tone.

    It's not like cryptic haven't banned people for stupid stuff in the past though... Like the time where using 2000 emotes got you perma banned.

If it has taken the money and you only got 10 days can you ask for a refund? I have no idea.

    To be fair.. It is an easy mistake if they don't know it's a meme, and have a strict rule against minors. What i'm curious though is if the person ever got unbanned after pointing out it's a meme..

    first, check with your bank/creditcard company and see if the payment went through.

    IF not, try to check with them why not.
    If it did, get a copy of the statement showing it went throguh, then email

    Any update on events? Ive been following this closely as I know a few people who have ran into this.

    lol...love it! Whether it's a meme or not, I like that TOR will ban someone if they think they're not a teen or older.

    You mean the emote spamming that was causing other players disconnect repeatedly?
