    It was in the old Holiday Grab Bag.
    The Winter Wonderland Lock Box doesn't list it, so don't think so.

    That used to drop off clarence, iirc. So I don't expect we'll see it unless he makes a reappearance.

    So far, of the thousands of boxes I've opened I only got 3 Holiday gift bags... *sigh* My dream of getting that costume piece is pretty hopeless...

    I was just going to add that those boxes are still in the game, but yes, they themselves are pretty damn rare. I got one out of a stocking however.

    How sad to realized that I haven't unlocked that piece (which BTW sold in CRAZY Prices in Auction House) :frown:

    think that's crazy?

    It's sold for higher!

    so I'm going on the moderate side of competitive. I fear that price will only go up when the event ends!

    worse than 1/100 odds to find it in the grab bag which is equally hard-to-find, so yeah, really rare.
