I don't know enough about how Manipulator works to comment on it, really... came in after I'd left day-to-day play. That said, WHATEVER it does, it looks like the rest of the build is quite solid. I was going to mention the lack of a Dragon attack to trigger the Rush buff but without a Form to generate stacks of Focus, I'm not sure it would work to give the Rush buff.

It's a neat idea, using the Nailed to the Ground on the AoE Sleep power --- circumvents the problem of flying/ranged foes AND primarily-single-target attacks versus large numbers of foes. Just put everyone to sleep (and down onto the ground) and then hop from one to another with your devastating single target attacks.

I'm guessing Manipulator does something whenever you use Control powers of some kind... so aren't Crashing Wave Kick and the sleep the only control powers? Is the Manipulator bonus that useful / easy to acquire? If it increases the duration of lockdown/strength of stuns/holds... that's quite useful, but I don't remember how it generates "stacks" (assuming it does, like other forms except IDF). I really need to get back into the game and study, I think. :)

Hehe this looks like the sort of thing I use on my melee builds other than using AOPM. :D

I would say personally I would use strength SS and if I CON as the other SS if I wanted to boost my health a bit. I may also swap ego sleep for Inexorable Tides just so I have a hold / root / knock.

Although the stun is probably fairly high, seeing as you have ego surge instead of ice sheath I suppose you are putting a bit into CON as well. I don't really know if the hold time from sentinel and sentry is really needed, it seems a little overkill. I think you would be better off using something like the basic warden / vindicator. Brawler / Vind may work as well. You could also think about using overseer with vindicator but I don't know if the root on thunderbolt procs trapped, I know if doesn't stack manipulator. Which is why you may also be better using something like Decimate or Ego Blade Dash and grab their advantage as I know that these work perfectly well with manipulator and overseer.

I would swap Thunderbolt lunge for mighty leap so that you can have a lunge with a stun since you don't have essence assault
