Hey guys needed some help with my first freeform build for a Space Marineish (Warhammer40k) character. I am mostly focusing on the melee aspect of him since i cant really figure out ranged powers that would fit in. I wanted him to be durable but stil able to pack a punch.

Gauntlet Chainsaw is mostly a cosmetic power because i think it might fit with the theme, though i got no clue if its good or not. Im also unsure if its good to take Reconstruction Circuits or if maybe another healing power would be beter thematically or just more effective.
Also mind that i got mostly no clue what Specializations to get.

I suggest dropping Cleave for something, take Eruption instead of Annihilate, and using Chainsaw as the main attack. Arc of Ruin with the advantage for added lolz.
I tried to get Pulse rifle in there like you suggested Jamesbonnell but it kinda didnt fit if only you could cram more powers in.

Should i get magmaburst on eruption over another rank in it or is it not worth it dmg wise? Also should i switch out the Devastator talent since i changed to Intelligence?

Arrow Storm was just to give him a bit of ranged damage capability. Substitute something else to your taste.
The build looks good but it dosent really fit the theme of a Space Marine with the Unleashed Rage and Masterful Dodge. But what i did think about while making my own build was getting Unstoppable or Defiance insted of Invulnerability not to sure which would be beter, leaning towards Defiance though since it seems to synergies with Enrages adv. Endorphin Rush.

Instead, Endorphin Rush scales on Con. Something to bear in mind.
That said, Defiance + Enrage/Endorphin Rush work really, really well if you have a power to draw agro, and preferably a block enhancer.
Also - if you're a melee, I strongly urge you to look at the Laser Knight advantage on Energy Shield. It really does protect you quite a lot.
Take out Arrow Storm and add in Pulse Rifle. Take out UL and add Shotgun or Frag Grenade for more Knocks. Instant Space Marine.
Even using Unstoppable instead of a Defensive Passive this guy is quite robust. I was actually a bit surprised at how much damage he could do while still being survivable.
