Looking for body templates

I've tried the forum search function, but apparently my search-fu is not strong. 
Anywho... I am looking for 2 body templates. A strong female body, and a gorilla.
I cannot seem to make a strong, muscular woman that looks "right". All of my efforts seem comical or just plain bad. Essentially a Thundra or Wonder Woman type, that isn't supermodel thin, and still human shaped.
Also, a male gorilla. I have a decent one, but it seems very small when compared to Manimals or Dr. Silverback, even with the 7' height. Is it just the crouch that does it?
If I could be pointed in the right direction, or any tips, or even a posted costume file or screenshot would be very-super-useful.
