So for my two mains; I've beaten my first nemesis and both are doing their 2nd?
So from what I saw after locking up my first nemesis; what does that mean? Does that mean after creating a few nemesis I'll get a mission where they all gang up on me, like the Sinister Six?
If so, how many nemesis will I fight before this Sinister group happens?
.
Bouns Questions:
It seems the first nemesis starts in the museum where you get to face him, then he gets locked up. Then escaped without batting you himself, and then he gets locked up "for good".
But the 2nd nemesis just starts where the first nemesis broke out.
1. Don't you think that just sucks? That you don't get to battle your 2nd nemesis right away like you did with your first?
2. If your 2nd nemesis starts with the prison escaped, who locked him up to begin with? And thus can't it really be called a nemesis as you're not the first one to have defeated the 2nd nemesis (unknown NPC did that for you).

The closest you can get to a nemesis gang-up is Nemesis Confrontation, with 4 other players and their nemeses.
It would be cool if you did wind up with a Sinister Six type deal after making enough Nemeses. That would be a neat feature to add. Unfortunately, the devs don't seem interested to do anything with the Nemesis system.

It's all about how you "view/RP" it.
Granted, the nemesis system needs help...but you can work around it.
It would be nice not to have to fill in blanks...but it can be done.
Whether or not the character can truly be your nemesis can all be answered in your head.
Give your nems a backstory...come up with the why and who.
For me, my second nemesis benefitted from the "already in jail/breakout" because it fit perfectly with the backstory and the reason why this character was going to be my nemesis.

That cut scene is a setup for the Nemesis Confrontation. It isn't a group of your Nemeses, it's your currently active Nemesis and those of four other players, plus Shadow Destroyer.

1. I admit, that sucks.
2. Can be anyone, all right.
And playing by myself since Aug 2009

Whoever you are, be that person one hundred percent. Don't compromise on your identity.
players have been asking for a beefier version of the Nemesis system since launch...
maybe Cryptic North will finally be the ones to do it.
and if so, maybe they could mention it in a new State-of-the-Game?
maybe?

Unlikely, as Q&As with the devs in the recent past have stated that they have no plans to do anything with the Nemesis system.
Which is unfortunate.
