Can't Log In

Can't Login to CO at all After patching I keep getting this Error 36 Bug that resets and repeats every 10 seconds. How do I fix this?

    I have same error, unclicked on demand patching and it went all the way to 99% then I got error 36 again, tried ur suggestion, but it ddnt fix problem :( any additional suggestions?

    EDIT: I fixed it by logging into Arc and accessing game thru it.
    Assumption is the mother of all mistakes!!!
