We will be having maintenance tomorrow, starting at 7am PST. This will only be a server restart, we won't be updating anything.

Start time: 7am PST
Estimated duration: 1 - 2 hours

    Well, any idea WHEN you'll be updating? The suspense is killing me!

    Also, you're not invited to my funeral. And I left everything in my Will to your sister. She's the more responsible sibling; you'd just blow it all! You don't deserve it! You know what you did, and I will never forgive you for that. And so, you get nothing.

    ...so yeah, gimme the Auras and whatnot, already.
    It makes sense, if you don't think about it.

    .....auras schmauras. Please do not shortchange us on the Winter event again like last year. Watching STO run cool stuff while we waited on someone to turn on Winter was bad enough but NW has a whole new MOD hitting today....and likely some Winter Event in the near future.

    Please, TT, Pass this up the chain. :biggrin:

    *is told that aura's drop on Thursday (today).
    See's the server downtime, thinks it's being implemented
    Comes here to see it was just a maintenance.*

    So, Champions Online is the 'bad boy' MMO? Or just the 'Trololololol' MMO?

    Thing is, if PWE/Cryptic still wants a playerbase to exist once that City of Titans thing launches, you bet they'll need to step up their game.
    It makes sense, if you don't think about it.

    People are still a bit skeptical that City of Titans will succeed come launch day. However with MMOs such as Elder Scrolls Online coming around (Next year?) that might also do some damage to the playerbase.

    However, given that Auras might be pushed off may mean that they are checking for bugs or further polishing the system.

    Auras have not had a release date, so there is no real push off or push back. They are really close to being ready for release IMO.

    It might also be that they found the Finkle Foundry Alert to be buggier than a week-dead corpse in the jungle, and decided to squash a few of them before unleashing it on an unsuspecting public. If that's the case, I'm just as happy - it's a nice show of player support not to leave all the bugs in for us to find.
