Oh, and it doesnt look like your using the poison stacks for much, so why not r3 Outbreak for faster trash mowing. I guess it could speed up poison application for phlebotomist.
Roots, Stuns, Sleep, Incapacitate, Paralyze <-- all trigger Manipulator. Some debuffs (like Invocation of a Storm Calling) triggers Manipulator as well.

You could swap Epidemic for Condemn with advantage. you get a stack of manipulator and poison! it may not be as easy an AOE to use for leveling, but for retcon it should work just fine.
