Perks: Why can't we flaunt them?

What's the point in having achievements/perks if they can't be shown to other players?

I do think you can show these to other players via titles.
Most of the time a perk will unlock the title that you can show others.

We could 'flaunt' them to other players, that was a long long time a go. A time when My Characters and Champedia existed, back in the Good Old Days.

Luckily Cryptic realized our ability to access our characters while not logged into the game would benefit Neverwinter more.

A system that was never considered to be advanced/included in newly implemented plans of the game. Just like EVERY system before it.

My main toon flaunts perks all the time. I generally use the title "Necronomicon" displayed beneath my character name. It took a long time to achieve, and I rarely see it used on others.

I have another toon that uses the demon wings unlocked via a perk, too.

Because that's called ''rubbing it in other's faces''.

Does that one come before or after "Ex-Parrot"? I can never remember...

    Ex-Parrot is for 100 defeats.

Dead Man Walking is for 400--the wiki lists that as the top one. Maybe there is one for 1000 defeats?

That reminds me: We need a "SCOREBOARD!" meta-perk for collecting large numbers of perks.
Choose your enemies carefully, because they will define you / Make them interesting, because in some ways they will mind you
They're not there in the beginning, but when your story ends / Gonna last with you longer than your friends

I'd settle for "All the Things!" for that perk

are the dying perks, One of mine got to the 150 before 20. I think that was thanks to doing serpent lantern with a team which couldn't get coordinated.

we just never acted in a group until the most experienced person yelled at us,
    stay together
out of LOS, healer can't see you. Walls are not transparent.
wait for the tank, attack their target.

boy did I get a load of deaths that time. BTW I had the healer.
I like Xyzzzy, simply because i can never pronounce it

How about we are able to pay 250g to put up our achievements to show for everyone on those big floating screens and they don't stop scrolling for a day. Put in some voice acting to list off every one of them so we don't forget. And don't forget to let us all know who has them.

I'd love the ability to go back to some areas or repeat some missions to pick up perks we may have missed.

The only perks you are able to miss are the ones in the tutorial and the "CO anniversary" perks from previous years.
Every other perk is available at all times (except event perks, obviously).

Some perks require lore picked up in mission lairs that you may miss the first time. Which means you need to team up with someone with the mission. Before On Alert it was easy to find someone willing to let you tag along, now... meh.

Ah, yes I forgot about Eclipso's lair. You can indeed only go there a second time when teamed with someone who has the mission.

But aside from that one I'm pretty sure all other instances containing lore can be entered freely after you've done the mission.
