How about allowing layers and scaling on decals?
Allowing cloth layers on armour pieces.
being able to have your chosen weapon stay in your hand and choose which hand it goes in
Be able to scale weapons
Separate limb scaling
This would be awesome

Dunno about the rest, but the limb-scaling can't be done because it would distort many animations, they've already said so.

More banners too, staves, wands and magical swords for magic users.
A full skeleton body (torso+both skeleton arms and both skeleton legs...do we have skeleton feet right now?)
More stuff for the "robotic arms" section, like Tentacle arms, Vine arms, Fragmented rocks/crystal arms, ...
Also, now robot body types (arms+legs+torso+head+hands+feet) like muscle robot, banded robot, wired robot, some other sci-fi robot
Kibble parts for those who are Trnasformers wannabees
A Trahscan armor set (like the Box armor set, but made of a trashcan and metallic stuff you can find in the trash) maybe with a Bucket halfhelmet
Some now floaty pieces (like the floaty brain) to put inside the huge helmets like:
A little fish
A little octopus
A little jellyfish
A little planet
A little energy orb (taintable)
A Mini Qularr, mini robot, mini alien classic with some controller (not a floaty piece, more like attached to the neck , but fits in the center of the huge helmet.
A Brain-afro
A Set of odd heads (camera head, TV Head with different screens for faces, Stereo Head, Retro Radio head,Street lights head, Plug Head, Lightbulb head, etc)
A Crab/Crustacean Set for those who like Crab-men and Lobster-gals
Animal Armor super hero stuff (like armor, not fleshy parts, for people who have characters inspired by animals, who are not mutants or stuff like that)

/Signed /Signed Also give us a tentacled brain with eyes and mouth too, don't worry about TMNT as there's the lovely precedents of Invaders from Mars and H.G. Wells War of the Worlds tentacled Martians and the original War of the Worlds is in public-domain now being well over a century old. /Signed /Signed /Signed (maybe a tesla-ball effect? it exists in game in the 60's moonbase crime computer!) /Signed /Signed should have the same colour fields as the floating brain and not the lousy ones of brain-dome helmets, also brain dome helmets should get a new colour field to match the floating brains!

I'll also add an Insect expansion set including
* Ant/Wasp head, antennae and tails the latter with optional decorative stinger
* Mantis head, eyes vestigial middle limbs (they don't have to animate, just being there would be cool)
* Single pair insect wings
* Scorpion Claws and Tail
* Insect heads for the bubbledome helmets as seen in Champions pen and paper rulebook, with short antenna option (as seen in the same illustration) and Qular Organic Bubbledome Helmet (again from the same picture, the artwork for the beginning of chapter 3 on page 119 showing Defender and the Champions team fighting Qular in space)
* Qular vehicles, both a one-man version of the smallest craft often seen in the game and a version of the blade-winged design from, you guessed it, page 119 of the Champions rpg book that Defender is blasting) to be extra-cool throw in 1 vehicle with the insect expansion costume set in the c-store as an enticement to encourage vehicle play
