Sharing mine, quite pleased with how it turned out.
(I'll hopefully get a shot of the actual wearing of the costume later)
Mask is made out of paper mache and homemade clay to smooth out the beak. The jaw is hinged and moves when I talk. The ears are fun foam and wire to add a bounce to them when I walk. Faux fur and feathers were used to cover the mask. Teeth are translucent clay
The eyes are cast resin and painted. Claws are homemade clay.

The clay I use naturally has cracks in it when it dries, which is really nice for ink washes. Gets the grunge look.
