Jonsills got a character to 40.

I'm pretty sure that's one of the harbingers of the end of days.

Gratz, Jon!

hang on, calm down. do you have proof of this inflammatory statement.
It may just be the bug on Jonsills account designed to stop him hitting 40, glitched. WE can get them to fix it

If you try to get them to fix it, I'll send Spider-Bat and Honey Badger after you!!!

Well, since I'm still Silver, there's not much rebuilding I can do... Besides, the build seems pretty solid. Open with Micro Munitions and the shoulder gun, and if the mob still seems to be standing, follow up with Plasma Beam. In extreme cases, Fire All Weapons seems pretty effective.

The only problem I seem to be having is that the system wants me to pick a second travel power. And since Happifun is a security robot, the jetpack seems to me the only thematically-appropriate travel power. So it's ranked all the way up, but I still have that one Travel Power point nagging me. #firstworldproblems, I know...

Rocketjump, yo. I'm personally a big fan of the superjump powers. They're quick and they're versatile. Only drawback is indoor maps, but you cover that with jetpack.

Also, git on them UNITY daily missions!

Just started them. And I'm not sure what the people who say there's "nothing to do" when you hit 40 are talking about. I've got quite a few mission chains in VB to pursue, and I have the feeling I'm just scratching the surface so far; Happifun has barely even been to Canada or MI; there's so many missions in the UNITY daily that I doubt I'll get through them every day (I do have a life, pitiful as it is) - I'm swamped!

And then there are the other characters that are still being fun to play, like Honey Badger (a Savage) and Pandemic (a Scourge)... and when I can afford both the Squall AT and Tornado Flight, I will have to make Sharknado... and...

Male, long shaggy dirty-blond hair, dark grey/light grey tights in the Talon pattern with a dark red paw print on the chest, and Nighthawk claw bracers.

Honey Badger knows there are others out there with his name. But Honey Badger don't care.

Gratz on the first Level 40 Jon. If you need/want some level 40 gear without grinding/farming for it let me know. I have a bit of a surplus and would be glad to get you fitted with some pieces and mods to mark the occasion.

Most other games, when you hit the level cap, they have certain scenarios and such built specifically for your level. In Champs we have UNITY daily missions, which are basically your first "gear up" missions. Then there's Nemesis Confrontation and Therakiel's Temple. These are there for... well, I don't know now, because in most games these are the places where you would get your gear, but with UNITY being so easy, there's not much else to run them for. Maybe they drop costumes or devices? I dunno.

But yeah, that's basically all the content (I'm aware of) that's "end-game" content. Sure, there's plenty for your character to do, but none of it will affect your character in a meaningful way (that way being level of power and effectiveness).

Technically Therakial's Temple isn't endgame since you can access it before max level :o

No you participate in those right out of character creation.

And have about the same chance of winning ^_^*

True you can, but since that's all I do, it's my end game hehe

Also there's no different chance of winning, no matter who you are :P

    Now this game is Doomed.
Choose your enemies carefully, because they will define you / Make them interesting, because in some ways they will mind you
They're not there in the beginning, but when your story ends / Gonna last with you longer than your friends

    ex cellent (says another alt-aholic)
ohh yes the UNITY special missions.

Iron clad- couldn't get out door in first room.
Witchcraft ignored pathway in second room and walked across lava with expected result.
Defender- spent all the time on the phone, trying to prove he has a social life.
Sapphire- phone and playing skittles with force powers

Foxbat- found all doors, uses paths, attacks sensibly and productively. And he's the insane one

I don't even bother with those. What I used to do when I was running UNITY was wait for the batch of missions that ends with Cazulon, take those missions on like 10 characters, and just do them over the course of a week or so. Cazulon is by far the quickest of all the special assignments.
