Noob question: Vehicle weapons - where do you get them?

Where does an aspiring superhero with a new shiny toy (vehicle) get weapons to fill the slots for said item?
I see some weapons (but not all) are available from the Questionite store. But there must be other sources availble to get them, right?
The Auction House is bare, they don't seem to drop as rewards, and some can be traded off of other vehicles - but I like mine and am NOT going to buy another 'car' just to strip it down.
There are three weapons I am particularly interested in - the Anti-Aircraft missile, the Heavy Canon, and the Rail Gun. (purely for themeatic purposes as I know there are better weapons out there).
Can anyone come to this hero's rescue?

1. The Auction House sometime people might willing to sell their weapon mods but finding your favorite can be hard..... and expensive
2. The Q-Store, Common place to finds them but fairly expensive, at least you can find your choice faster with the same price
3. Certain Lockboxs has a chance in dropping a weapon mod. If I remember there is a vehicle lockbox from early reload that give these mods.
That is some way I see so far......
You'll likely have to barter for them, with whatever rare devices or other items you have.
My experience there inspired me to make this comic panel, prepare yourself.

The Hover Tank Lockbox and Grav Bike Lockbox had vehicle mods instead of core/armor/enhancement mods, and vehicle weapon mods instead of the "mid tier" rewards, if I remember correctly. They were before I started tracking lockbox contents.
You can also get weapon mods by buying vehicles that have the mods you want and stripping them. Drifter store vehicles seem popular for this method.
