Veteran Rewards for LTS'ers

I want all LTSers to get all the shinies up-front, like in STO. There.

That's what I want...

    The LTS shinies in CO are useful compared to STO ones. That's their reason that this suggestion is answered with a no.

    That's a common player-made reason, but I don't recall it actually being responded to by Cryptic.

    I've had a LTS since before launch, and I think anyone who pays for it should get all the same benefits I have immediately.

    Unless the current bug-stomping rampage is a prelude to a major revitalization effort, Champions Online doesn't seem to have a bright future. 1000 days is a little more than three months short of three years and, as much as I enjoy this game, I can't say for certain if it'll be around then. Unless the whole "PWE keeps their games up for almost forever" thing is true, I'd say to give everything up front.

    Well, that actually might help sell mor LTSs, which might mean more active players, which might mean more appeal to the game, which might mean more new players, which ...

    Six, nay, a mere three months ago I would've said "that's way too sensible for Cryptic to ever consider".

    But looking at all the bug fixing as of late, Hell Clearly Hath Frozen Over, so maybe this actually will happen. All for, all for!

    This is a good suggestion and I endorse it wholly.
    Squishy DPS builds that can solo QWZ w/videos.

    The only reasons I can find that they are now doing this is because even with stipends and all the free veteran rewards, players still need to dump tons of money into getting lockbox items. Either that or the sales of items granted for free from veteran rewards are too low.

    Regardless, CO has the BEST LTS rewards of all three Cryptic games. Many times better than STO and NWO combined.

    If the rewards are that good they will make a lot of money with LTS sales now. In STO they granted the vet rewards instantly at the same time they introduced the 1000 day ship as reward. I suspect they will make quite a bit of money with that change.

    other than the cost ($300 all at once is a lot of coin), the wait for LTS rewards was the only thing holding me back from getting an LTS. Now that that's been dealt with, time to start saving up...
