Forum Game - Make a power using existing power art.
It's quite simple:
Take a power icon from here.
Create a power description and some stats based off of that.

Pray for Mercy
You get down on your knees and beg for your life. Has a 50% chance to cause enemies to ignore you, and a 50% chance to cause the next single-target attack that hits you to kill you instantly, since it leaves you prone.
Sneeze
Turning this toggle on gives you allergies. Getting hit with toxic damage and/or standing next to trees will cause you to sneeze, doing 120 toxic damage to targets in a 10 foot cone in front of you.
Lumberjack
Offense Passive: Increases slashing damage, and allows you to gather 'lumber' stacks by using single-blade attacks. These stacks will allow you to use "Build cabin" and "Make a dam" abilities at a 0 energy cost.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Using this ability will enduce carpal tunnel syndrome in your target, making it difficult for them to type. Used against players, they will take 20 crushing damage for each letter they type into the chat bar. Against other enemies, they will take 20 crushing damage whenever they attempt to attack or heal.

Trigger Happy- Tier 1
Your love for Bullets and Explosions allows you to bring down your enemies in a hail of bullets, fire and shrapnel.
Requires 1 power from Munitions or 2 non-energy-building powers from any framework.
Slotted Passive
+ Can be slotted in an Offensive or Balanced passive power slot.
+ Increases your damage with Ranged Technology powers. This effect scales with your Super Stats. The Technology tree consists of Archery, Gadgeteering, Munitions, and Power Armor).
+ Every time you attack an enemy with a non-Energy Builder, you receive a stack of Mayhem and refresh the duration of all stacks of Mayhem on you. Mayhem is a short duration buff which grants you additional Critical Chance and Severity by a percentage of your Ego. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
+ Provides a small amount of damage absorption. This effect scales with your Super Stats.
Advantage; Never gonna Stop -
- Never Gonna Stop provides a small amount of healing whenever you score a critical hit with a Ranged Technology power, this power can only trigger once every three seconds. This healing scales with your Intelligence.

Migraine
This power makes your head hurt so much, that it makes your concentration impossible.
- Charged powers have now 50% chance to deal the damage back to you.
- Charged powers have a 50% chance to get interrupted and deal damage to you.
- You also take 606 Damage Over Time for 30 seconds
This power has absolutely no positive effects.

Allows you to see through all and any means of stealth for a short period of time, cancelling the stealth or threat wipe effect on you. It also allows you to target those who are in "stealth" mode.
I see you! 2pt Advantage: Allows you to put stealth granting powers of your target into a 30 second static cooldown.
BUTT Lunge
You thrust yourself at your target using the superior power of your Gluteus Maximus!!
+ Deals 400 Crushing Damage
+ 75% chance to knock down target
Advantage: Hips Don't Lie - The primary target of your Butt Lunge will be forced into a hypnotic trance, stunning them and dealing periodic damage.

Form of the Buzzsaw
A specialized form of focus that aims to improve the practitioner's effectiveness with powertools. Melee attacks such as Gauntlet Chainsaw and Blade Attacks (provided they use hammer or crowbar models) now do 60% more damage.
Rock out
By the power of rock, you whip out a guitar and deal sonic damage to anyone in earshot (100 feet). The damage escalates over time and can knock people down with very loud noise.
Advantage: And my axe! - If there's anyone else using Rock Out near you, you can harmonize perfectly, increasing your damage by 30% for each other person playing a guitar near you.
Ice Flight
By popular demand, we have now created an ice variation of the Fire Flight travel power! Unfortunately, since you're frozen in solid ice you can't actually move at all, so that's that. It'll make Ice Slide look good in comparsion.
Nonchalantness
You honestly don't give a damn about any damage you take. This defensive passive doesn't reduce incoming damage any, but hides damage floaters, and makes you immune to all stun and knock.
Busted! A debuff placed on a player account that automatically takes a screen shot of your character and chat box after a MT of ERP into a public channel. This screenshot will also be placed into a forum post under the newly created MT thread.
Boot to the Head A debuff used for for people who troll or are a general nusance. Once active, player has a temporary mute on chat for the duration of 10sec, allowing time to pause (and hopefully think) before continuing actions.
Advantage:
Double Boot to the Head Increases muted time to 20sec.
Look Ma! No Hands! Another debuff given to players who are inactive for the duration of an Alert. This results in temporary ban from queing into another alert for 5 minutes.

Bark at the Moon:
This power causes you to periodically howl at the moon... and instantly kill any bats you come into contact with by biting their heads off.
Glowstick Rave: You break out your glowsticks and liquid to some sick beats. Your erratic twirling grants you a bonus to dodge and avoidance.
Burning Ring of Fire: I fell down into a burning ring of fire... higher, higher, higher, the flames went higher! Last night's Mexican dinner has come back with a vengeance. Randomly gout rings of fire from under you, dealing 750 - 1200 damage to all enemies within 10 yards around you, and cause them to cower from the smell.
Dinner Time
You take a break from combat to replenish your strength by devouring an entire pan of take-out lasagne from a nearby Olive Garden. You cannot move or attack while this power is active, because that meat sauce is rich and tasty. Duration: 90 sec. Restores all health. Any teammate who aims camera at player longer than 5 seconds will cower in fear, get spattered with tomato sauce stains.
Advantage: Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese (2 pts): Also restores energy to max, but adds stacks of Constipation.

Athletes foot
you have used your super speed so much, that you have worn out your feet.
Movement is decresed to 1 inch per hour.
ADV(sort of) I've got this rash; itchy and burning frustrates you so much that you are constantly enraged and punch people. Good thing they can run away
Ammo store licence
You have a licence to sell ammo. Ev eryone nearby who uses munitions powers now finds their weapons empty and must go to you to get them.

KHAAAAAAAAN!!![/]: You periodically drop to your knees and raise your fist to the air and yell unintelligibly. This effect roots you, but all enemies nearby cower.
Brofist of Power: You fistbump the nearest ally. Grants a morale bonus of 10% to offense and defense to both people.
The Empty Child: A gasmask appears on your face, and you randomly wander around asking everyone, "Are you my mummy?" While under this effect, you cannot deal any damage, but you are immune to all damage.
Rah Rah! You dance like a cheerleader, buffing your team and granting a 10% ego boost
Beam Me Up Scotty Teleports character to a 30 foot distance in players direction of choice. Has a 10 minute cool down.
Frosty!! You are cold! Movement slowed by 10% Travel powers are unable to be used until you warm up in 30sec.
Knee to the Groin Attack that leaves a single target enemy stunned and assumes the fetal position for easy defeat.

Lipstick Vendor
You sell fabulous lipstick and makeup accessories. The makeup you use makes you more capable of charming enemies into not attacking you, but in turn, also makes it a bit harder for you to harm others, since you don't want your makeup to run!
Negative Form
You become utterly despaired and lose all will to fight. All attacks now do 1 damage. Also, nobody wants to invite you to parties.
Compensation
Your heavy weapons attacks now have a 20 foot range, and your sword is huge. However, you leave your groin very open to attack, and all critical hit crushing melee attacks will stun you.
Red Eye Flight
Fly around with blinding speed. Literally. This is the fastest flight power, but it also overlays every special teleport screen effect at once, making it impossible to see anything.
Center of Attention: Grants a +50 bonus to Presence for 15 seconds, and for the duration, every enemy and ally within 200 yards focuses on you. Enemies automatically attack you, and allies swarm you, asking for your autograph.
Break The Ice: Target must be of opposite gender. Reduces target defense rating by 400. Everytime you emote or say something in local, there is a 20% chance the defense rating reduction is decreased by 50, due to bad jokes.
Armpit Aroma Armor Defensive passive
Increases resistance to toxic and melee damage, has a 10% chance of removing concentration and focus stacks on the oponent
Three days and counting 2 point Advantage
Your stench is so foul and powerful, that every enemy NPC below Super Villain and animal pets flee away from you
I Have the Powah! You strike a pose like He-Man and all active pets have their stats increased by 25%. You cannot attack while this stance is held.
When in Rome... You assume a stance and stagger of a zombie, allowing you to travel without detection around Zombie enemies.
Srs Bsns Activated Offense form. When active all attacks are increased by 25%, however no AoE damage can be given as you are too focused on the enemy in front of you.
Falcon Punch All hand combat moves are now accented with flashy flame effects in the shape of a falcon.

Sort of Angry
A half-strength variation of enrage, which stacks whenever a teammate knocks a target, you do not get a costume drop from an alert boss, and whenever you open a lockbox.
Spotlight
You shine a spotlight on a target. Depending on a completely random algorithm that determines enemy personality, they will either:
Chain Vision
You have the strange, disgusting, and quite possibly physically impossible ability to shoot chains out of your eyes, lashing your target for high damage. Using this places stacks of "Ow my eye sockets" on yourself. If you get up to 5, you will be unable to see anything for a few seconds.
Strip
Stuns all targets of the opposite gender within 50 feet. Strength of this hold is maximum when presence is below 10, or above 100 - in both cases, this will also stun targets of the same gender.
MST3K
When this power is active, three shadowy silhouettes will appear at the bottom of the screen and make snarky comments about the action. This has the effect of reducing the damage of all attacks by all present by 10%.
Advantage - It's Just a Show: Yourself and any team members are immune to the effect.
Nuke the Site From Orbit
To activate this power, the player must first fly to maximum altitude. When triggered, all beings within 1000 meters of the point of impact, whether living, dead, or otherwise, are utterly obliterated. It's the only way to be sure.

Stupid Powerful Eyebeams
You fire your eyebeams with excessive force. This does extreme crushing and particle damage, but also comes with insane recoil. More often than not, you'll have to have a high strength stat from preventing this move from embedding you 4 feet below the ground.
Explosion Slide
It's like energy slide, but explosive.
The World
You use your immense powers and impeccable fashion sense to stop time for a brief period and drop a road roller on your opponent.
Armchair Warrior
Your ability to make hyperbolic statements and strawman arguments allows you to control others easily! All of your Mentalist abilities gain strength the more you repeat them, but your defenses lower at the same time.
Dividing Driver
You swing so hard that you make your own pocket dimension specifically for kicking your opponent's ****!
Asbestos Armor
Oh-so itchy!
Vile Liquid!
You fling the tainted waters of the Caprice Fountain in a cone, causing immense amounts of Toxic damage over time to all affected until they are defeated. Has a 90% Chance to inflict the OH GOD IT BURNS debuff which roots the afflicted to the ground for 180 seconds.

It's not that
Due to a major pollen cloud, you can't stop sneezing. This does make it hard for you to attack but sprays people in a 45 degree cone in front of you with snot. Causing them to be rooted or otherwise unable to approach you for fear of another one.

Cheesecake Summoner: Summon a cheesecake to lure Bunni B.O.T. to your location.
Teddy Bear Bombardment: Launch a bunch of overly stuffed teddy bears at your targets which explode on impact and inflict 1000-2500 points of damage depending on the skill rank.
Advantage: Teddy Bear Bombardment becomes a single target power, which now allows the user to toss a humongous overstuffed teddy bear that inflicts 2000 points of damage and knocks down your opponent.
Caliga's Diary: You read Caliga's Diary in front of your opponents which causes them to roll on the floor laughing for 10-30 seconds depending on your skill rank.
Hey! Listen!: Summons a small winged sprite that gives out information. The information is rarely useful and almost always total common sense, but is fully voiced over by a high-pitched 8-year-old girl. Lasts 5 hours (in-game time) and cannot be unsummoned.
Time Traveling Device: Allows you to travel back to any game update and ignore any changes made since. Grants the Dude, You're Naked buff.
Dude, You're Naked: Your costume is removed and you are in the default colors. If you do not find a tailor and make a costume in the next 15 minutes, you will receive The Jig is Up effect.
The Jig is Up: You have been discovered as an anachronist and will return to your own time, no matter how nerfed you've become. You cannot time travel for 9600 hours (real time).
Spare Us Already: Used on another player to alter their experience on Champions Online to instead be more like another superhero game that they have claimed is/was "superior". That player will be granted the Dude, You're Naked buff.
The Wrench: You can One Shot anybody hosting an event. This power only works in the Billiard Room.
Aura of Shamrock Luck
+ Can be slotted in a Support or Balanced passive power slot.
+ Increases the Luck of you and your nearby allies. This increase is larger for you and scales with your Super Stats. The increase for your allies scales with your Presence.
+ Luck increase the Drop Rate your recieve from Mobs, Opening Lockboxes & Grabbags

Grants your Aura of Shamrock Luck the appearance of Shamrocks floating around you and your Teammates.

Glass Wall
Allows you to create Barrier made of Glass to Trap the enemy or to decorize your Hideout
Optic Blast: You emit a focused wave of kinetic force from your eyes dealing Crushing damage and repelling opponents in a cylinder in front of you. If fully charged, will knock back each target hit. Successfully knocking a target will grant you a stack of Concentration. 100ft range.
Behold!: 2pt Advantage. Turns Optic Blast into a toggle that can be maintained as long as you have the energy to continue firing. While toggled, each tick has an increasing chance to cause this power to backfire with unpredictable results. Backfiring places a JEAAAAN! debuff on you that removes all stacks of Concentration and will prevent the use of Optic Blast for it's duration.
Summon Shai-Hulud: Summon one of the great sandworms of the desert planet Arrakis to aid you in battle for a time. This is a non-controllable creature that can and likely will attack everyone within 100ft. The Shai-Hulud summoned by this ability will disappear after 15 seconds.
Super B.O.
You're personal... scent. Is so strong that you stun and nausete people in a 100 km radius around you.

Due to bad dental hygeine, your teeth are falling and your gums rotting.
Good news is, when you breath on people, they lose all concentration, enraged and defiance buffs.

For full effect you smil widely, giving them a clear veiw of your mouth and it's remaining contents.
They are now so nauseated that they start vomiting and are unable to act until they stop being able to see you.

Summon Developer - This power becomes available to you once you encounter an in game bug. Your Summoned Developer lasts for 10 minutes and will reliably fix the bug in question. Your Developer has the capacity to fight along side you and for it's duration you receive an efficacy boost to your powers.
+ Your Summoned Developer can use the following abilities:
- Fix Bug
- Hack
- Developer Fighting1 and DevBlast
- Increase Build Effectiveness (Passive)
+ Has a 15 minute cooldown
+ There is a 45% chance that the bug may not be fixable right away.
Advantage: Dedicated To A Cause! - 3pt Advantage
+ If Your Summoned Developer is not able to fix your bug right away, Your Summoned Developer will remain with you passively working on the bug until it is fixed.
+ In this state Your Summoned Developer cannot attack and cannot suffer damage.
+ Will continue to boost your build's effectiveness, however at 50% less strength than normal.

A Nice Shirt - Active Defense
You put on a nice shirt and instantly become painfully aware of any incoming objects that might stain it. You will negate anything that causes DoTs (such as bleeds, Ebon Ruin, Pestilence attacks, etc. etc.) and gain a moderate dodge/avoid boost.
An Interview In The Morning - 3 pt advantage
You intend to interview in this shirt. You lose the DoT immunity but gain a whole lot more dodge/avoid since you really don't even want to rip this shirt.
You're a Padhole - Passive

Enemies hit by the tentacles will be 100% of the time snared, 50% of the time rooted, and 50% of the time will have Fear applied to them.
Neva Enuff Dakka - Passive
A passive that exclusively buffs Gatling Gun and Gatling Gun only. Causes it to do double damage, cost 1 energy per maintain, and allows you to move while firing your Gatling Gun.
Da Red Onez Go Fastah - 3 Pt Advantage
If you have a red-colored vehicle or costume, you move extremely quickly.
Saiyan Pride - Passive
You are the Prince of Saiyans and your pride will never break down. You gain immunity to ego damage, increased resistance to physical and elemental damage, and all ranged attacks deal triple damage.
It's Over 8000! - 2pt Advantage
Ranged attacks now lose the bonus from the passive, but deal at least 8000 base damage.
The Legend That You Fear - 3pt Advantage
Any threat generating ability used now inflicts the Jealous debuff to the affected which causes them to attack you and only you for the duration of combat. In addition, you are affected by the Super Saiyan Swagger buff which makes it so you can only target that enemy during the duration of combat.
