Bugged Recognition Pieces?

Are the DEMON and Lemurian (and possibly other) costume pieces available from Recognition vendors still bugged to be unlocked to only 1 character instead of account-wide?

    They'll be fixed soon as of one of the recent PTS threads. Finally can get the rest of the Recog pieces.
