What tights are these?

Ok, so we have these tights:

What tights are these? That person (the one in the image said that they are Stripe Side Inlay) but if these tights are Stripe Inlay how on Earth this girl have that decolletage on the chest?!

Also these tights (Stripe Side Inlay) doesn`t have those lines at the shoulder!

simply done using standard inlay tights on legs (think the chest is ribbed tech pattern without texture) and using a circular emblem with colors set to flesh tone.

Yeah, it's an old cheat with the chest emblem. The problem with using it though is that it doesn't quite match the character's actual skin tone.

In the Tailor the only "ribbed tech" tight I could find is only Ribbed Tech 2. I can`t find the first one (maybe it doesn`t even exist!).

The chest tight is Underside Lined! It took me a while to find it!

I suggest using the Smiley emblem. It'll give you the largest circle.
