Ok just re-subbed my account to gold after about 6 months of being gone and all my characters and items i bought from the c-store are gone, my account is a blank slate. Tried submitting a ticket trough support but that seems broken. What am I to do :mad:
I'm going to guess you signed in with a PWE account that didn't have your Cryptic account linked to it.
Happens to a lot of folks.
Support can help you out.

This might seem bizarre. but there have been multiple people in the past who also forget which account is which, and then log into the wrong one and think everything's changed, you have only made the one account, right?

Yes I only have the one account. Makes no sense. Just notice my join date on my froum name is not right ether it is showing my re-subbed date what the hay.
Negative, this is my one and only account for cyrptic and or pwe. It lasped back in april and I just reactived it back to gold.

Yes have a few times back when i played upto a few months ago. My gold status didnt run out until just this past April.
Yeah, my join date is false too due to that account merging crap, been here since second anniversary, but i didn't merge till... August i think, whichever month my forum date shows... because PWE/Cryptic can't be bothered keeping accurate record etc.

the game Does have it's glitches...
(example in the video scenes on a prison quest i get escorted to the electric chair by the gaurds, and as the gaurds are bringing me there, the front gaurds fall to the ground and slide?)
but i do thank you for letting me know it wasn't possible of selling it.

Definitely wait and see what Customer Support has to say, they may be able to help you.
Also, to clear up questions of Join Date: Your forum account is created when you first visit a thread while logged in. It doesn't include anything from before the server migration, but you don't actually have to post to get the account. Hope that's helpful for reference.

@extremedrache: Yes, bugs do exist in the game, and it is possible that your item did disappear, but some of us have been around this game for years, and I personally don't think I've ever seen someone's items disappear. It's usually that they misplaced it. So we're not trying to make you sound crazy, we're going through the usual suspects, trying to help you find your item.
I've lost items in my inventory, and had to look really really hard to find them. Sometimes they're in my bags and for some reason I'm just not seeing the icon. Sometimes they're in my character's personal bank. You should look there (really really hard), and maybe also in your Guild Bank (you might also be able to check the Guild Bank transaction records to see if you did accidentally deposit it there). Also if you own a hideout, you have a separate bank space there. Lastly, if you have other characters, maybe you mailed the item to yourself and forgot?

I thought I was buying one thing at the c store(and had it highlighted) it was selling me character slots.
Beat that one for blindly oblivious.
also if you have other characters, check them, unless you were logged into that one when you purchased it, it may have gone to someone else.
for example, if I am logged into felicity when I purchase it will go to her.
If I purchase it while not logged in to the game, I can choose which character gets it(if I notice the small character name at the top left of the store)
check your mail messages in game, in case you were posting it to that character.

It's also how system sees your join date to PWE.
