Characters and all items bought from c-store gone.

Ok just re-subbed my account to gold after about 6 months of being gone and all my characters and items i bought from the c-store are gone, my account is a blank slate. Tried submitting a ticket trough support but that seems broken. What am I to do :mad:

explain been away from CO for 6mths and nothing shows, could they check that your cryptic acct is linked and if not, link it.
I had to do it with mine, since I had a PWE acct and a cryptic account before the merge.

Nope only have a PWE account, did not create said account until after the merge so no need for account linking. Made a ticket for all the good it will do :mad:
Yes I only have the one account. Makes no sense. Just notice my join date on my froum name is not right ether it is showing my re-subbed date what the hay.
Yes have a few times back when i played upto a few months ago. My gold status didnt run out until just this past April.
Your join date with this account is September 2013.
It's also how system sees your join date to PWE.
You are logged in on wrong account.
Negative, this is my one and only account for cyrptic and or pwe. It lasped back in april and I just reactived it back to gold.

Nevermind Im stupid I figured it out it is using my sto account name just figured that out and now it will not let me get to my old CO account grrrr. thanks for all the input.
Yeah, my join date is false too due to that account merging crap, been here since second anniversary, but i didn't merge till... August i think, whichever month my forum date shows... because PWE/Cryptic can't be bothered keeping accurate record etc.
just try reasoning with me, cause i am very new at this game.
what ever it was, i Probably could have also made a mistake of deleting the item or sold it without paying attention.
i don't care if my account has to be taken back to the time before i lost it, just please help me get it back.
i ain't aloud to buy anything else if i wanted to now cause of this.
but if i could have that corrected somehow, then i can tell them and they will probably let me buy more things later.
If you managed to delete it somehow, the blame is on you.
Most likely it was a non permanent device.

I always found calling them up worked better than submitting a ticket.
if anything i could blame it on one of the people at my house that also uses my PC at times
(guess i shouldn't no more If that was the case)
and i know what i bought. it Was a permanet item (was suppose to be, because it Wasn't the 15 minute one.)
or even the chances of that my mouse likes acting like i click on things at times even tho i don't.
i am not finding why people think they need to defend against me on this kind of problem I'm having.
if it happened to you, i bet you would feel the same way if something went wrong.
(unless if your one of those kind of people that money is not a problem in life.) <_<
and besides, it's not like the game has been made perfect you know.
the game Does have it's glitches...
(example in the video scenes on a prison quest i get escorted to the electric chair by the gaurds, and as the gaurds are bringing me there, the front gaurds fall to the ground and slide?)
but i do thank you for letting me know it wasn't possible of selling it.
so if it wasn't accidently sold, then what? (possibly glitched out of my items)
the Defender would Not be pleased with such people that give the people unfairness when they speak truth.
Also, to clear up questions of Join Date: Your forum account is created when you first visit a thread while logged in. It doesn't include anything from before the server migration, but you don't actually have to post to get the account. Hope that's helpful for reference.

@extremedrache: Yes, bugs do exist in the game, and it is possible that your item did disappear, but some of us have been around this game for years, and I personally don't think I've ever seen someone's items disappear. It's usually that they misplaced it. So we're not trying to make you sound crazy, we're going through the usual suspects, trying to help you find your item.
I've lost items in my inventory, and had to look really really hard to find them. Sometimes they're in my bags and for some reason I'm just not seeing the icon. Sometimes they're in my character's personal bank. You should look there (really really hard), and maybe also in your Guild Bank (you might also be able to check the Guild Bank transaction records to see if you did accidentally deposit it there). Also if you own a hideout, you have a separate bank space there. Lastly, if you have other characters, maybe you mailed the item to yourself and forgot?
If the item did glitch out and disappear, I do hope Customer Service can help you.

Thats ok, I found out in the first month whats Cryptics purchase limit was.
I thought I was buying one thing at the c store(and had it highlighted) it was selling me character slots.
Beat that one for blindly oblivious.
also if you have other characters, check them, unless you were logged into that one when you purchased it, it may have gone to someone else.
for example, if I am logged into felicity when I purchase it will go to her.
If I purchase it while not logged in to the game, I can choose which character gets it(if I notice the small character name at the top left of the store)
check your mail messages in game, in case you were posting it to that character.
