Devices cooldown: Mistletoe

Now that there have been working and balancing the devices, can we have an cooldown reduce in the Mistletoe?
I think it must have a cooldown similar to other cosmetic devices, it is almost 3 minutes it is too match.

    I only use it on friends/people I know or the random NPC because of the silly loop they make while blushing... Not really sure how it's super offending, but I treat it like I would an actual kiss, don't blow one if you don't mean it heh.

    The mistletoe is without a doubt my favorite device. I often just click it and kiss the poor sole that happens to be around me at the time far to often.

    I've probably kissed just about every boss in the game too. I even kissed the Virus Spider, though it's blushing immunity hurt me deeply and I had to end our relationship prematurely.:tongue:

    Don't complain about kisses as a griefing tool while water balloons can be spammed every few seconds.

    I have both the mistletoe and the waterballoon perm devices. I tend to just use them in CC's while being bored. I also have a cupid arrow with one charge left I would use in CC's from time to time.

    Could someone use a cupid arrow while recording so I know what the device looks like and how it works? I've only faintly heard of them.
