Account server connection could not be started...

this is happening on pts now, I get disconnected, then that message: Account server connection could not be started

whats going on??

    Hi gradii,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having problems. In technical terms, what this means is that your computer's DNS was unable to resolve accounts.crypticstudios.com. You can try "ping accounts.crypticstudios.com" to reproduce the issue outside of the Champions Online Launcher.

    As for why the DNS doesn't work sometimes, I don't know. It sounds like some unreliability with your Internet connection, but it's hard for me to diagnose it any further.
