Powers/Items:

-All Drifter Legacy Devices are now Unique Equipped. You may not place more than one copy of the same Legacy Device into your Devices toolbar.

-Some Legacy Devices now share their cooldown with other copies of the same device. This applies to: Omicron Induced Strength, Psionic Surge, Eruption, Echo's Stick, Khusor's Doom, Ice Grenades, and Neuroelectric Pulse Generator.

-We have un-bound all of your existing Legacy devices so that you can trade away spares. Any that were equipped have been moved to your inventory/overflow. They have also been removed from your builds. The items are still bind on equip.

-Omicron Induced Strength and Psionic Surge now remove travel powers through the Nailed to the Ground/Freedom! mechanic.

-Telekinesis can no longer pick up and throw objects at other objects. This prevents a strange case where non-throwable mission objects could be thrown at themselves and destroyed without giving credit.

-Dark Aura is no longer disabled when you are held or knocked down.

-Imperator Gladiator and Samurai Robot become devices are no longer bound. If you have one of these devices, it will be unbound when you log in.

Missions:

-Gravitar: the portal to the fight now does not appear until 10 players are on the map or 60 seconds have passed. This makes gravitar's map behave like other queues and Alerts.

-Grab Alerts: Kevin Poe is not Mindslayer. He now has the correct voiceover.

-Westside mission "Fight Club": the Underground Boxing Ring no longer has a hole in the wall allowing you to fly outside the map.

-Westside Intrigue Culmination: fixed holes in the boss room geometry.

-Whiteout: The front doors inside Ice Station Alpaca were misaligned with the walls. Now they are not.

-The following Lairs have new entry requirements:
Project Awakening (solo lair): complete "The Director, Defanged"
Dr. Destroyer's Robot Factory: Level 28+ or complete "That's Just Grate!"
Teleios' Tower: Level 29+ or complete "Searching for Steelheads"
Burial Caves: Level 31+ or complete "A Legacy of Wickedness"
Moreau's Laboratory: Level 35+ or complete "Moreau's Orders"
VIPER Nest: Level 38+ or complete "Whacking Day"

Costumes:

-The following costume pieces have had inappropriate categories removed:
Nighthawk Chest
Nighthawk Head
Dragon Armor Chest
Gravitar Legs

-Bird People Skirt is now on the Hips Layer.

-Warlord Bracer Right (male) now has categories matching the left version.

-Wolf Bubble 02 is available again.

-The following costume pieces now have additional material options:
Steampunk Electro Gauntlet
Mechanical Tail (Female)
Armor Patch Plate Boots, Bracers & Leg Accessories (Male and Female)
Cybernetic: Top Accessory, Chest (both variants), Shoulders (both variants), Jaw (both variants), Arm Accessories (both variants), Hands (Both Variants), Leg Attachment, Boots, Hips.
Steampunk Mustache (Bushy)
Steampunk Mustache (Pointy)
Spartan Lion Helmet
Steampunk Electro Backpack
Steampunk Goggles

-The following costume materials now have to use a pattern: Dual Claw (Leather, Metal), Spartan Lions (Leather, Metal), Armor Chiton (Metal), Cybernetic plugs (Metal), Armor pointed (Metal), Nephilim Large (Metal), Spartan Lion helmet (Metal), Zombie partial mask (Leather), Long Glove Zombie (Leather), Mandibles gigantic (Leather), Pulp Aviator pants (Metal Leather), Nephilim Large (Leather), Ninja Headband (Leather, Metal), Steampunk Mustache (Pointy), (Leather, Metal), Steampunk Mustache (Bushy), (Leather, Metal), Armor Nephilim male (Metal), Heavy Mecha Shoulders (Leather), Alien Organic 2 (Leather, Metal), Armor Cybernetic (Cloth), Skirt Webbed (Metal), Small Demon Wings (Metal), Alien Organic Tall (Leather), Chiton Crests (Metal), Armor Blaster (Cloth, Metal), Cape Webbed (Metal), Armor Nephilim Blade left (Cloth), Armor Nephilim Blade right (Leather, Metal), Elbow Disk right (Metal), Steampunk Goggles (Leather, Metal), Steampunk Goggles 2 (Leather, Metal, Cloth), Small Wings (Leather), Square Plate (Leather, Metal), Armor Patched Plate (Cloth), Steampunk Electro Gauntlet (Leather), Prong 01 (Leather), Long Boot Fur Lined (Leather), Armor Blaster (Leather, Metal Spartan Sandal left (Metal, Leather)

Misc:

-Travel powers that use Roll Mode (e.g. hyper ball, snowball roll) will no longer make your weapons invisible.
Exocets and VTOL rotors now cloak properly when Holographic Field is used.

-The Questionite store was allowing players to buy multiple copies of Energy Swinging. Fixed.

-Lockbox gear kits now specify that any gear inside will be the level of the character who opens the box.

You didn't mention the increase to the cooldowns (I tested a couple devices to include eruption last week on PTS, both now have 5 minute cooldowns with standard CD gear and 13 INT which is more than double the current cooldowns). I can only assume the rest of the cooldowns were changed as well.

Can we get more specific patch notes that cover everything that's being changed? I don't want to sound picky, but you guys have a rep for not publicizing changes (or glossing over changes until someone notices them) made to the live server. Both good and bad changes are things we'd like to know about in advance.

If it was fixed before the patch rolls to live tomorrow, then that's great. Personally over-fixing something (like the backups the first time) is something I don't feel is required if you already made the cooldowns shared. Making them longer just rubs salt in the wound.

    Thanks.

They're made have fixed CD unaffected by CD redux right? As in not actually an increase.

I took a few minutes and went on PTS, some of the devices have fixed CD unaffected by CD redux, NPG, Eruption... good thing Necrulitic Elixir is still affected by CD redux. Some have shared CD while others don't.

    [Eruption]
    [Omicron Induced Strength]
    [Neuroelectric Pulse Generator]
    [Ice Grenades]
    [Echo Stick]

Are the devices which are affected by shared CD. It seems these devices (unlike the rest) do NOT continue cooling down if they are not in the device tray.

Note: The CD for these Devices are as follows, however MSA will proc when the CD finishes in relation to the tooltip of the device (which is misleading as the tooltip's CD is based on your INT and CD gear whereas the actual CD is not.)

Eruption - Static 4-5 min recharge, regardless of how many you have or INT/CD gear.

Ice Nades - Static 30 second recharge, regardless of how many you have or INT/CD gear.

Omicron Induced Strength - Static 15 second recharge, regardless of how many you have or INT/CD gear.

Neuroelectric Pulse Generator - Static 15 second recharge, regardless of how many you have or INT/CD gear.

Echo Stick - Static 15 MINUTE recharge, regardless of how many you have or INT/CD gear.

The above was tested with and without AoPM + INT Primary + Nemesis gear

    INT - 392
    CON - 257
    EGO - 255

    Revitalize at 3/3 as well.

I posted this back on the old thread decided to bring it out for reference.

So.. the patch notes are wrong, aren't all-inclusive and don't cover all the changes. OR we have "fixes" that caused bugs that haven't been addressed before the patch went live. No sense in breaking with tradition I suppose.

-Gravitar: the portal to the fight now does not appear until 10 players are on the map or 60 seconds have passed. This makes gravitar's map behave like other queues and Alerts.

FINALLY! This will stop the Rushers/Griefers/Too-much-Over-Confidence-Builds-who-would-prefer-to-solo from Screwing up the Team

Awww, I was taking advantage of this Bug with my character who use R.A.D Sphere Legacy TP so I can Hide the weapon he was using for the Cleave But oh well!

Cape Webbed (Metal), Armor Nephilim Blade left (Cloth), Armor Nephilim Blade right (Leather, Metal), Elbow Disk right (Metal), Steampunk Goggles (Leather, Metal), Steampunk Goggles 2 (Leather, Metal, Cloth), Small Wings (Leather), Square Plate (Leather, Metal)

WHAT'S UP WITH THOSE GOGGLES!? They cannot be Acquired ingame!
Why did you guys announce about them when they are not even ingame. Are they going to be new Items from the Christmas Event or something?

Rather the patch notes do not go into specifics for THESE devices. Which as I understand are PvP favorites and were partly to blame for the obscene damage and survival some builds are capable of.

However, they are -not- the cause for the fix. From what I understand the original versions did not permit multiple equips, so they are just being brought in line.

I doubt there would be room to explain every single fix, which is why these went on PTS first for players to test them. The only issue being that some of us do not have complete access to all costume pieces for testing.

Steampunk Goggles 2 (Leather, Metal, Cloth)

^ From this fix, are we to understand that this has now become obtainable in game? (I say now, I mean after this patch)

Or is this a fix for a future release as part of a some sort of costume set in the C-Store?

Neural, you really should read more. In this thread, the Design Lead at Cryptic North, Radioscience, has stated as fact that there will be new C-Store costumes.

Now, you can choose to disbelieve the developers' own statements if you choose, but then we hit the point of asking, if they can't be believed, then who can be? And why should it be you in particular?

I know the mission is bugged and getting fixed right now. Did anyone else have any issues with the reward boxes? I managed to get 2 of them and 1 gave 200Q which did not go to my currency window to be refined and the 2nd box simply disappeared after clicking it with no reward whatsoever. Love the event by the way, thanks for bringing it back.

Can't fix the software while it's still running. That'd be like trying to change the oil on a car that's currently tooling down the freeway.

In this case, it's that we essentially needed to reset part of the schedule. We'd manually activated the event, but in order to get it back on the automatic schedule, we had to clean out the MilCity maps -- so we restarted just those servers.

Regardless, we're up and running now!

Actually I hadn't seen anything other than TT's statement from awhile back about the distribution model changing, hence the off the cuff statement.

Interestingly, the tooltip on each device shows the cooldown as being reduced by my stats and gear, and MSA is triggered at THAT time as though the power recharged, when in fact it's still on cooldown.

It wasn't on the patch notes. It hasn't been fixed.

I am not an optometrist, so I can't definitively say whether or not you are going blind.

There hasn't been any word about more bug fixes, but this patch - while a nice start - is hardly enough to count as a "BUG-SPLATATHON" (I think that's what Lord Gar called it), so I'm hoping another wave or two are incoming.
