Uncontrollable Pets

A couple of questions about these guys:

1. Do they inherit Commander Spec Tree buffs in the same manner as controllable pets? (Assumption: yes)

2. Do they have any impact on Energy Recovery/Gain/Cost? (Assumption: no)
