He is a freeform I am building that mixes Darkness with Ebon Sorcery. Although he has some healing, he is not meant to be a main healer. Rather a DPS with more support capability, perhaps supplying supplemental heals.
The Build
I am looking for any advice for tweaks to make.
Before anyone talks about it, I chose Iniquity because it seemed to fit the theme of a necromancer (transferring my life force to others). I chose Compassion to enhance the healing part of Life Drain's Vamp Symp but I am open to switching out for Concentration if that works better. I am also open to switching out Divine Renewal for something else. I am also not sure if I should stay with Overseer or go with Sentinel or Sentry. I like the Presence tree but can consider swapping out Ego for Recovery.
He is currently level 25 so his main damage dealers are Shadow Embrace as an opener then switching to Life Drain to finish off the remainder. I see Hex of Suffering and Ebon Ruin making their way into usage when I get to them.
I thank you for any feedback.

First, yes, I'd strongly recommend Sentinel - it helps build Compassion stacks much faster, especially with pets.
Second - you have Presence Mastery but no bubbles. That seems like a waste of 1/2 of Presence mastery's capability.
Your sources of fear are Shadow Bolt (sometimes), Shadow Embrace (sometimes), and Grasping Shadows (long charge). You may run into energy problems without a quick guaranteed fear - I've used Void Shift and Ego Sleep \ Emerging Nightmares, also Shadow Blast.
IMO Presence tree is just fine for the build - gets you some nice things, but I'd personally switch out Dominion for Selfless Ally, especially if you get Sentinel. Healing yourself while you heal others - *especially since you have Iniquity* - is a great defense. Also, Vampiric Sympathy helps with that.
I'd make a pitch for Sentinel Mastery, also - you have some Crowd Control in your build. Try out Pre vs Sentinel Mastery on PTS once you hit 40 - the bubble/heal crossover is good, but the "heal from CC" effect on Sentinel, particularly with Selfless Ally, gives you a LOT of healing.
Not a full critique but a few suggestions.
While soloing, Shadow Embrace seemed quite adequate to stack on the Fear but took your suggestion for Ego Sleep(w/ Nightmare) Compassion stacks built up pretty good when I used Drain Life(w/ Vamp Symp) next to 1 of my zombies but wasn't too enamored with the Overseer tree so I went with Sentinel. I will switch out Force of Will for Vulnerability once I hit next level and get Grasping Shadows. I don't know how useful a full party res is in this game compared to WoW so I am not sure if it's worth keeping or not.
The only issue I've noticed is a low equilibrium that I guess I will have to hope for the right gear drops to fix. Besides Pre, Con, and Ego, I think I would look for Int and Rec as "tertiaries".
I never had good experiences with Divine Renewal's advantage. Since taking any damage interrupts your rez, increasing its charge time gives your enemies more of an opportunity to foil your plans.
I do like a Rank 3 rez (if there's a leftover power choice/advantage points), particularly on Gravitar runs. Waking a teammate up with full health decreases the likelihood of them being immediately re-killed.
Also, bubble powers and Unbreakable can soak up damage without interrupting a rez. If you don't want to shoehorn one into the build, you could pick up a Demonic Flesh Graft or Nimbus of Force device. Demonic Flesh Graft seems particularly thematic for a necromancer.
If you want to keep your energy levels up outside of combat, you can use Iniquity/Selfless Ally on a leftover zombie to trigger Compassion after the self-damage. It's not as reliable as buckets of REC, but it's a nice trick to help you start a fight fully loaded.
