Let's Play Champions Online: Nemesis Contest

Greetings, I'm the Infamous Jay from T.K.A.P. Gaming, and I have run into a snag 
. Recently, I have reached Level 25 with my Let's Play Champion, Jaxx, and I just can't think of a nemesis for her. My brain has hit a major snag, and due to creators block, am now unable to create the nemesis for the play through.
So, I have another great plan. I am offering a challenge to all comers to help create Jaxx's nemesis! :biggrin:
So, I ask the community of Champions Online to step up to the plate and see what awesome nemesis ideas you can come up with for Jaxx. She needs a good challenge during her career as the Let's Play Champion. Without a nemesis, the game feels...uneven, in a way.
BUT! Just like all good contests, there must be ground rules to help regulate the ebb and flow during this. So, without further ado, here are the stipulations for the Champions Online Nemesis Contest for the Let's Play.
Rules and Regulations for the Nemesis Contest
1. The nemesis MUST NOT be a clone or homage. People who do this will be automatically disqualified. I do have an eye for such things.
2. The creation must be original, with a Name, Back Story (does not need to be a novel sized bio, just enough to explain the nemesis), Power set and minion choice, and Reason for hunting down Jaxx. (this will also be explained in a bit).
3. The most important rule. The nemesis must fit to Jaxx's theme.
4. I need the creation sent to the following email address to be considered as an entry to the contest OR posted here in this forum. Please send the file with the saved costume, backstory, and reason in an email or via forum post. I will also need the @handle of the person that sent it, so I can determine a winner later on. Send all info to the email address provided. It will be much easier to look through and judge, as the contest is going on. That address is teamkickassproductions@gmail.com If it's easier to use the forum, then please post the picture of the nemesis/backstory/reason/etc here, as I will be checking the posts here too.
Jaxx's Theme
1. Jaxx was formerly a government spy and contract killer.
2. After her escape from the government, she laid low for a while, until she thought the heat was off, and decided to become a freelance agent.
3. The government that she once served is after her, to recapture her, dead or alive. (The government is not limited to just one nation/country. You can use your own interpretation on what government Jaxx worked for before becoming a freelancer.)
4. During her freelancing career now, she has made many enemies through her line of work. (Again, This is to your interpretation on what happened during her freelancing. She has done a lot of work during that time, so feel free to let that imagination wander on what the contract did to the person that is after her.)

Now that the rules and theme have been explained, now it's time to discuss the prize. The Grand Prize Winner of the contest will receive the following 2 gifts:
1. The winner will receive 1,000 Globals in-game.
2. The winner will also get to team up with Jaxx to face off against the nemesis, and will be immortalized in the Let's Play on video.
There you have it folks, the challenge is has been set. Do you have what it takes to step up to the plate and win?
The contest starts today on 9/15/13, and will end on 9/29/13. GOOD LUCK!

Gradii I'm pretty sure they mean blatant clones like the countless Goku's and Deadpool's and Spiderman/Batman/Superjerk etc.
It's less 'Having an eye' and more 'Having a brain'. :rolleyes:

My super cool CC build and how to use it.
1. If it is easier to send it via email, use the email link in the post. Otherwise, you can post them here for me to view, because I will be returning to the Forums each day to see the posts of costumes.
2. I DID mean blatant clones (I.E. Goku, Superman, Spiderman, etc), and again, yes I have an eye for these things. I ran Costume Contests in the past, and I also always ran a homage category, so again, I have a good eye (and as fudgemonsta put it, a good brain too).
3. I do not want to discourage anyone from entering the contest at all. I'm giving 2 weeks from today, so everyone can take their time and create the character, back story, and reason why they would be after Jaxx in the first place.
Again, I wish everyone good luck, and may the best person win.
In any case, good luck!
But, I do have more prizes to give away for it, as of recent. If I can do some more global farming, there will be more money added to the prize as well.
Also, it is easier for me in the long run to download each contestants costume, then go to the tailor and check it out in there. The lighting in it helps me see each and every entry perfectly, and I also have made a toon that is for nothing but costume ideas.

Power: Ice
Minions: Ice (or Soldiers, as rogue Soviet soldiers)
Reason for hunting Jaxx: The Cold War never ended for either of them. And it never will.
Biography:
Comrade Winter. To you in the West, he is Soviet Winter. We call him "Comrade."
The propaganda said he was created in a lab using Soviet super science. But I tell you, he was forged on the battlefields of Stalingrad.
It was...1942. The Nazis were at the gate of the Motherland. The commissars sent us this boy, barely a teenager, dressed in a ridiculous red costume with the insignia of the sickle & hammer on the front. He looked like a circus performer.
So I sent him in his stupid red tights, alone, to face the invincible Nazi legion of tanks. I was ordered to. I had sent many young men to their deaths, we were soldiers. The difference was...this one came back.
He returned, half-naked. The Nazis' guns and shells had torn his costume apart. He shook, clutching at a rag...it was the sickle & hammer. He had been holding it to his chest the whole time, fighting the Nazis with his free hand.
He was not shaking because of the Nazis or the cold. He was shaking because he was afraid that I...that I would punish him for the loss of his uniform. That was what he came back to report, and that the Nazis were retreating.
I looked at this dumb kid, who didn't even know how to die for Russia properly, when a civilian...a widow, ran up to him and wrapped him in her husband's jacket. A sniper...Chekhov, must have been him, gave him his helmet.
The gas mask was from me. I told him it made him seem scarier to the enemy, but the truth was I couldn't bear his expression any longer.
Keeping the sickle & hammer was his idea. Originally, he fastened it to the front of his jacket with some pins. That detail was very important to him.
I told him to pursue the enemy. So he did, for 3 years, to Hitler's very doorstep.
Then it was the Cold War and your super heroes against our Soviet ones. That's the Soviet Winter you know. I know Comrade Winter, the boy who fought the Motherland?s enemies, all the while clutching the sickle & hammer to his heart.
And he never, ever let go.

I share this because I thought the little comic was kinda cool, but also it might help you guys with ideas for a good contest and fairplay. Soviet Winter would want it that way.

Story:
The government can no longer afford agents to send after Jaxx. She's bested the best of them.
The first prototype to make it to commissioned duty, ACID5 is engineered with the suppression and elimination of superhumans in mind, and utilises both blades and handguns.
Did you think we had forgotten, Jaxx?
Did you think all you had to do was lay low for a few years, and we would go on to other things?
We have certainly gotten on with things, Jaxx - but you were always on our minds. We will admit, it wasn't always easy to keep track of you. But you have made mistakes, and we have found you. And now Alistair will come to you. He will perform certain acts, which will bring you out of your hiding place. And he will offer you a choice. Honestly, we hope you will accept our offer, to return to our service.
But we are prepared for your refusal.

Again, we'll be closing the contest on the 29th of this month, but in the meantime, I'll be doing more videos of the Let's Play coming up this weekend. I figured this is an easier schedule, than trying to come straight home from work and do a video right off the bat X_X.

It would seem Argent has a new Merc under their payroll, and he's been taking out members of the US Government for weeks now. That's why we had to bring you back in Jaxx. You were always our best operative. We need you to track down this... Striker character and deal with him. I know you don't owe us anything, but if you do this I promise you you'll no longer be hunted by our people. You can finally forget about all of this, and move on with your life. Etc Etc. Blah Blah. You get the idea. :

Thanks for your readership and your support, but all the entries have been great. Making villains is a lot more fun than making heroes, so I hope to see yours and others', too.
The comic was really to show the costume, I actually paraphrased a line from a Punisher comic. The biography...I liked it because it's a twist on "clothes make the man," hehe.

Well that's a bit optimistic to fill multiple Zones in the theater, it does happen on rare occasion, but if you do make a combined bio/costume contest even in game it would limit the number of people willing to put in the effort. Either way this is a fun idea, if inspiration strikes I'll toss my entry in too

So far, I've loved the entries that have been shown thus far, and it's getting tougher to chose each day X_X.
Again, the winner will be announced on Sept. 29th.
Sister Merci, blessed by the divine and trained by the Order of Red Rose, a secret organization, who's job it was to clean up messes and illiminate threats within/to the Catholic Church.
Sister Merci was good at the job. She was considered one of the best, by some she was considered the best.
Then she met Jaxx. Both were on the wrong side of the mission for all the wrong reasons. Jaxx was used to it. Merci however learned for the first time just how evil her organization really was.
She tried to fight it. She was removed, barely escaping with her life.
Now she takes on the real evils of the world, including hunting down leaders of her ex-organization, while at the same time hunting down the one she considers responsible for shattering her world...Jaxx.
Still blessed by the divine, this ex-warrior nun is a dangerous enemy both to villains at large and the one known as Jaxx.

You've been with us long enough to know that we have a zero tolerance policy on such things. We can't have you running around free with all the things you know. It pains us to enforce it, but it's about protecting the interests of your country.
You've also been with us long enough to know the scope of resources we have at our disposal. We've dispatched something called an Unmanned Agent Validation Vessel, or UAVV for short, to deal with your case. It may lack some finesse, but it's had very promising results in tracking down and "convincing" our other wayward agents, one way or the other.
We know that you've done many not-so-nice things to many powerful people with the means to seek you out like this, both under the employment of your dear government and during your little AWOL stint. To assure you're fully aware of exactly who is greeting you, we've added what should be a very familiar symbol to you on the UAVV assigned to you.

hmm I have a lot of embarressing characters, that nobody in their right mind or left for that matter, would want to be seen dead with.

So, the winner is @CaptainCooltastic, with his nemesis Striker (or as he said, I can rename it, but I'll stick with what he named. His creation, his name sake.)
Again, many apologies for the late update, and I also wanted to thank everyone for their participation in the contest. The CO community, imo, has been the best in any MMO I have ever been in.
