Not exactly correct. Coruscating Might was a cooldown activated piece of gear that offered +Offense in massive amounts for a short period of time. When I had a might toon i really enjoyed it. It was since removed (also useless with the DR that +Offense gives you).
Tilingkoot still drops the old stuf,the onyl question i have with this peice. is what would use those stats on a Primary offence with no offence?
It was aaaall about having the main 8 stats back then. Usually only gear obtained through PvP gave you single stats (up to 100 points at best). Most gear had two or three stat and you had a reason to broaden stat focus specifically because of it. Not to mention you used to have 6 secondaries.
Now its just focus on your three, maybe a fourth OR just pick Aura of Primal Majesty.
