Triumphant Recovery 10-Pack

I love Triumphant Recoveries; they're a great way to keep going without losing stars, or losing access to the villain when fighting the likes of Gravitar, Warlord, or Cybermind.
It's a little rough having them limited to 4-Packs, though, as each pack takes up an Inventory slot. Is there any chance of getting 10-Packs in the C-Store? (Either that, or maybe modifying them so they Stack?)
On a related note, it would be wonderful if we had some way of shortening the recharge time on TRs -- maybe some kind of buff, or a more expensive version.
