Blastia - Death from the shoulder - PA build

I created this build incorporating ideas and advice from a couple of my friends. when testing on PTS with regular heroic primaries and rank 5 mods shoulder launcher crits for 20k when the preemptive strike buff is on and ice sheath is active, and enemy is debuffed by chest beam. easy to set up actually. I'd imagine around 18k without the ice sheath. this is one of my most successful builds so far if the test results are any indication. please tell me what you think! :biggrin:

I've been working on a PA character with shoulder launcher myself and have been looking for ways to beef up the damage on it. Unfortunately, I have to use Invincibility for theme, so that limits me some in that department. I lose quite a bit of damage from that alone and chest beam is a given; but outside of that, I was wondering what else could work. I'll have to look at Preemptive Strikes.

Your build looks pretty good to me. I know some people will disagree with reconstruction circuits as a heal, but I use it in my theme build so I can't say that. =P
