So today I get my hand on these two items.
The Elixir seems to be for Tanks (which I doubt if I'll be playing at all) so I'm preparing to sell it. I looked in the AH and I see all 3 of them (that exists) are priced at 1200G. So what's the actual price of it?
The Accelerator seems to be useful, but I haven't decided to sell it (plus there is no one presenting it on AH) or use it on my main Ranged DPS. any ideas on that?

[Psionic Accelerator] is hyper good if you use EGO build.

The elixir is good for everyone, giving you a minor form of regeneration. It's best on builds with high INT as the cooldown is reduced such that you can keep it running non-stop. The heal also scales with your healing bonus %, making an excellent choice for healers as well.
So yeah, 1000g to 1250g is actually reasonable pricing for a Necrullitic Elixir, as it's arguably one of the top legacy devices. It's not meant to be affordable, it's top-end equipment.
The other super-awesome legacy devices that should go for 1000g or more on the market are:
[Ice Grenades]
(high damage 25ft spherical radius AoE (compare to Lightning Storm or Conflagration's mere 15ft radius), and makes a hold that interrupt anything, even Gravitar's yellow bubbles or Mega D's energy wave attack. Somewhat long warmup of 1.6 seconds, but short cooldown.)
[Psionic Accelerator]
(100 ft. cone AoE that hits everything; can't critical however. A moderate 1 second warmup with a short cooldown. Best if used on a build that already buffs ego damage. The stun effect is minor and doesn't seem to affect most players, just weak NPCs)
[Neuro Pulse Generator]
(aka. NPG; has to be used a point blank range. An extremely fast 0.5 warmup, and a short cooldown. What it lacks in range, it makes up for in damage. This makes it a challenge to use, but when you get in the right spot at the right time it hits a home run every time!)
[Teleiosaurus Pheromones]
(a toggle pet summon, which also seems to ramp up spawn rates as you kill more enemies. The Coruscators actually are quite tough HP wise and deal notable damage spike of just over 1000 when they use some of their powers. You can get the most out of these pets using AoED or AoAC slotted passives.)
[Demonic Flesh Graft]
(in addition to looking bad-****, it actually produces a bubble that stronger than a Nimbus, but only affects yourself. Same cooldown as a Nimbus. Nimbus of Force is better for teamplay, this device is better for solo-play)
[Eruption]
(Edited: gives you invincibility for many seconds, applies a weak hold, and a few seconds after activating calls down a mortar onto the spot where it activated. With 5 of these cycling through, you can be unkillable. Which is a big reason why identical legion devices need shared cooldowns)
I have a question. What legacy devices are good for healer? I currently have Void Posession (mis-spelled maybe) and Nightmare Generator. So should i equip them or sell them ?

Those two are not ideal for a healer, sell them.
Instead look to buy a Nimbus of Force, Necrullitic Elixir, Supernatural Possession (heals yourself and allies within 10ft. of you), Demonic Flesh Graft, and maybe something that can deal good damage.

ok thx, i would like to know what gear is good for a healer? I have merc gear and i can buy heoric too. I have presence r8 (unequipped) gambler, sentinel, growth and str mods ( these r7). So 3-slot gear is ok? Which mods do i need to have in them? Getting legion atm is a bit problamatic.

Which is exactly what my Main is. Looks like I won't be needing to sell that.
