Someone plz help me i cant get into the game..

I dont know what happened i was switching between my characters and woosh i couldn't login. I exited the game and re-started the launcher. It was showing white ''LOADING. PLEASE WAIT..''. And then IE opened and showed a link ''res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff_webOC.htm''. But that page didn't open in IE. I was openning in chrome. I have the game in my PC and my sis laptop. Both of them showed the same problem. Someone please help me. And last thing in my PC neverwinter was working.

    Try uninstalling this and arc completely then redo it all over again.

    Its not you Spacer its the server I got this a few times yesterday. Sometimes it would work sometimes not. It seems ok now but it appears you are getting hit. I reckon it should be ok after maintenance.

    Ok i was able to go through the launcher but now the game is stuck at the CRYPTIC screen.
