Damage Debuffs work like Defense Buffs and stack fairly easily
400ish(forgot the exact number) Pre gives you a r3 Aura of radiant protection of 101% for your allies(in support role)
Same # for con as the above would grant 19% defiance...which goes to 114%(and you get an
energy gain function)
All crowd control types get removed faster as the target takes damage from attacks
r3 Vapor Form is higher than 21% defiance

characters>Updated< From what I can tell from the level 60 mega-ds the animation 'does'
interrupt their attacks but it is very random when the animation will play and they will
resume casting the attack that got interrupted after they play the animation...Works on

Radiance doesn't proc twist fate but it can proc Exhausting Strikes on the player as well as
any and all targets that you are allowed to target and use the power on
Kickback + Wrist Bolter (Automated Assault) grants a never ending supply of energy as long
as power armor powers are used with it
Wrist Bolter (Automated Assault) grants twist fate even when the power is being used in the
hand slot along with other Power armor powers.
Revitalize + Wrist Bolter (Automated Assault) works...so much for 'balance' now radiance has
competition...thankfully you cannot have kickback and revitalize..
"Safe Spot" In melee range of some giant mobs may still exists(cannot be hit by melee
attacks but can be hit by ranged attacks..yet the player can use their melee attacks on the

There are a few hidden effects on certain powers...But most are less useful than you think..
The AoRP Blocking Block is still in....If you have AoRP and Someone else on your team does
too and your running in healer role then that means you lose the ability to block(it still
shows the animation but you won't block any attacks..)
Oh and the 1million damage hit is still in...so go nuts!
Sigils of Ebon Weakness...The most usefully useless Sigil..(Hint: When I use it it can give
275% Damage resistance to everyone...but it can die fairly easily too!)
Selfless Ally + XXXXXXX
Yes it has been stated that selfless ally gives waaaay too much but...
Selfless Ally + Enemy Health Drain(on me)....+hp for me!
Selfless Ally + Fissure + Sentinel Aura = Selfless ally "copies" Sentinel Aura(Yes I was the
only "ally" around during all the tests)
Selfless Ally + Gas Pellets + Sentinel Aura = See above
Selfless Ally + Implosion Engine + Sentinel Aura = See above
There may be other powers that do the same as the above but those are the ones that I have
personally tested..
Illumination(Celestial Review in October Please!)
You can 'stack' what could possibly be an infinite number(haven't truly tested the limits
yet..) of Illumination buffs on yourself/allies...But....It requires you to change zones in
order to get another stack on yourself/allies(never tested it on allies yet..) They all,
also, have 'different' timers but they will all remain in the same stack..they just die off
1 by 1..
Fissure, Gas Pellets, Implosion Engine
I believe all these powers can also give yourself damage and the debuff from the various
"On-Next-Hit" Powers..I didn't test them so they may or may not work...this is just a
theory..
People rushing in a gravitar alert in hopes of 'bugging' her out...I hate it so much...Yes
you can make her stand still if you load very fast and rush to her..It isn't fun at all to
kill something that can't kill you back so stop doing it!(If it weren't for my unlimited mc
warps I would have killed someone by now..) Oh well...I'm just glad that it has a chance to
fail...so I don't have to keep teleporting back to ren whenever the same poo head keeps
trying to bug her..

At level 40 50.4 defense is 12% damage reduction and 615.4 Defense is 145% damage reduction.
