Chat Maintenance

The global chat server will be having maintenance for about half an hour to an hour this morning; my understanding is that this will fix the Pidgin channel name issue that was reported yesterday.

During this maintenance, chat will be offline, at least in part.

    Ah, I was just wondering why Pidgin died.

    Unable to play game due to insane server latency issues while doing missions in Canada. I understand new content recently came out, but not having the ability to level my character as a new / returning player is a very disappointing, especially when I am a paid GOLD subscriber.

    Unable to create new posts anywhere, including tech support, as it still tells me I do not have permission. I have been a paid subscriber for a week and still no communication back from PW on this issue. Quality of customer service is very low =( I can't recommend my friends play when subscribers are unable to create new posts, unable to get any kind of real response from PW, (still waiting to hear back from a petition a week ago as well regarding how I cannot see or select any chest armor for any new character I create)...

    It's just one disappointment after another.

    TT, just to let you know, I tried this out a few minutes ago and it didn't fix it. I still can't use + in channel names.

    Thankfully \20 works instead, but yeah, not fixed.
