I can't log out without having to restart CO, and CO sometimes just refuses to start. I think there's something wrong here.

Nnnnnnno, the launcher starts perfectly normally. If you saw the link I had put in with the spooky image hidden behind what was there, you'd see that the launcher just decided I hate you and nope'd. Anyway, I'm not deleting any files unless I absolutely have to, the probelm was with my internet service provider who I called soon after this error, they were dicking (excuse my french dont ban me pleb) around with my internet, my roommate tried to make it faster and the whole nine yards.
