Well, with a lunge and ss int you could be using MSA. You could drop an AOE since you have three. In my experience dragons wrath r2 plus advantage is better with a high crit chance.

Not really. Tiger's Courage is only good with a specific crit modifier (somewhere around 30%, I've forgotten the number). You're better off ranking Dragon's Wrath to three because Tiger's Courage won't do as much damage with a crit as R3 will.

For simplicity's sake, ranking to 3 is better than 2+adv. except under very specific circumstances.

And for critique's sake, I'd drop Parry for Lock and Load. The active offense will benefit you much more than the block replacer will (breaking out of holds, extra burst damage in a pinch).

If your crit rate is 30% the advantage is better. With pss dex that will be the case.

thanks for the tips. basically I'm trying to recreate a build an old character I had when I was silver used...he was a Specialist AT and so now I wanted to give him the Free Form treatment to extend survivability because I really kind of enjoyed the over all feel of the AT it just didn't survive very well (at least in the Tako Crypts when I first got the AT back before Cryptic took a PWE to the knee). and here's a revised build based on the information...

Unless you're intending on tanking, I'd remove Challenging strikes off the powers that have them. Not fun competing for aggro with the tank. I'd put the points into LR.

    Few things to consider:

    1. Unless using Defiance, ALWAYS rank your passive to R3.

    2. If you plan on tanking, which I will assume you are with CC and CS slotted, you will probably need an active defense somewhere in there. Which leads me to 3...

    3. Blade Tempest hurts my eyes, drop it...find room for the active defense in that power spot...move up 2GM and Holdout Shot in order to open the power field for you.

    4. You DO want Tiger's Courage on Dragon's Wrath.

    5. You will want to kill yourself if you level with rank 1 travel powers. Personally, I would drop AM off Eye of the Storm and Nailed to the Ground off your lunge in order to free up a few points.

Don't be like the Qularr. They would not last one round in the Interstellar Galactic Arena...

from what I understand, Lightning Reflexes functions just like Defiance in that additional Ranks just means starting with higher stacks of the dodge/avoid buff...

LR grants an amount of Dodge Rating and Avoidance Rating based on superstats and rank of the ability. The escalating bonus is just there for the unfortunate rolls of the random number generator.

However, on a side note, I never take LR as a passive, only because the end gear has a lot of Dodge/Avoidance on it already. I would rather take another defensive passive and be able to double dip with Dodge/Avoidance gear than get hit hard with diminishing returns.

I went with LR to stay within the basic concept designed around The Specialist AT because like I said I rather enjoyed the AT, I just want to give it that Free Form Flair to help improve its survivability...and I kind of like Blade Tempest...

Why not use Quarry? You'll get a nice offense boost while still having decent-ish dodge with endgame gear.
