Emote are Dead, some ppl banned, this must be a part of Fatal Err0r!!

Emote are Dead, many ppl got banned, Throwing Blades can't even Tap normally, I know, those must be caused by Fatal Err0r!! Those are part of the event !!

    [System] Banned command emote

    this is what I get. apparently emotes are now a nono and have been banned.

    so to hand out a straight line for everyone to use,

    what sort of IDIOT bans emotes?

    FATAL ERROR is an example of Crypwe having a sense of humor about its own mistakes. It's just cosmic coincidence that at the same time we got one of the most ridiculous bugs ever.

    I'm sure the players will share Crypwe's sense of humor on these issues.

    One that would rather have no emotes than no servers.

    To resolve these disconnects, we've temporarily disabled all emotes -- using emotes was the cause of the zone crashes.

    I know that the emotes are a fun part of Champions, so we're working to get them fixed and reactivated as soon as possible. I don't have a timeline on that, but it might be a few days or a week. It's unfortunate, but having the game be stable has to be our first priority.

    Thanks everyone for your help identifying possible causes, I really appreciate it.

    Also, Throwing Blades were changed to specifically not work as a tap power anymore.

    Not to mention another Fatal Err0r that STILL plagues Champions Online, you see... I tried to complete Fox vs Fiend last night and *wave head* (Emotes are dead, don't have any other alternative :biggrin:), anyone EVER completed that mission? We were a group of 4 capes and Foxbat survived till' after we beat Doctor Destroyer and the Mega Destroyer and ultimately finished the mission but the fool bugged in the room before and quitting the instance, he died... :mad: Back in 2009, the quest would bug and now in 2013, this is just... *wave head some more*

    try saying "my teeth are stuck together" while your teeth are stuck together. In this case, we had made some toffees.
    We got the person to repeat it to check what he had said, then told him not to try and say it again

    I see Mona has evolved from anime pictures to simple Google images.

    Next thing you know...Tumblr and Reddit. <_<

    Oh yeah and the emotes broke stuff Nepht. So they got turned off for now.
