  Probably the activate time and minimum charge time for Ricochet Throw are bit too much short.
  In PvE, I give up respecting some drop from Cosmic by ppl using Ricochet Throw superior-spamming.
  
  All Cosmic takes 6-8 hours till respawn but all melt in very few second. xD
