Afterburner Device

Vehicle devices have an ability to hit the turbo for a short burst of insanely fast speed. I'd love to have a device that allows for a similar speed burst on my character (sans vehicle).

    I approve.

    Actually a sprint power/travel power would be nice on its own - a temporary boost to running and flight speed that can stack on top of other travel powers. Would be a recharge-click and use up some energy, but would still have utility as a dodge or boost when giving chase or avoiding attacks.
