Do multiple Vesperine Cloaks stack?

I saw a hero with an icon for Vesperine Flight in an alert--and the icon had a "3" in the corner.

I did not get to ask the player what that was all about.

Anyone else seen this? Can multiple cloaks be activated and stack?

    Hahaha, so weird if it does, imagine the flying speed of 5 cloaks stacked. Maybe it will be faster than the jets and bikes ROFL.

    Ah--I have one unbound cloak.
    To duplicate on PTS, I bank it, then delete character, then copy again?
    Does that work?

    Not sure if they stack as in more than 1 Vesperine Cloak on a build, but Vesperine Cloak has a self stacking of 3, which limits vertical flight, so it feels like you are flying into a ceiling or something when your only a few feet in the air.

    This effect stacks to 3 which limits flight and seems to almost push you down.

    If you want to fly higher you need to find a high place nearby and hover close to it so you are JUST above it and the counter will reset and you'll be able to fly higher till it restacks again.
