Chainsaws! More chainsaws!

No one will read this, this is the Narfball guarantee! But hear me out! This game needs CHAINSAWS! Lots of them! Most of the powerset will be MAINTAINS that cause BLEEDS! Yes, bleeds! With no way to rupture them, but another player can rupture them! These bleeds are as strong as any other, however no one can stack bleeds on top of them, making Chainsaw players crippling to bleed reliant players! But don't worry! Chainsaw moveset should also have a Chargeup in addition to these maintains! This chargeup has a similar charge time to Haymaker, 2.5 seconds! It inflicts the debuff 'Torn Flesh', reduces target's resistance to bleeds and slashing damage. Chainsaw will also be (mostly) AoE's, making Melee Players a bit more efficient from an AoE standpoint, and my arguement makes no sense and I should be removed from the game for having a halfway thought out idea.

    The way I see it, chainsaws could be used beyond Chainsaw Gauntlet in two ways:

    1) As a new weapon hand costume piece.

    2) As a new Fighting Claws weapon skin.


    Also, WH40k style chainswords and chainaxes could be new Martial Arts Blade and Heavy Weapon skins. Games Workshop has no copyright on those. :wink:

    I'm actually working on a chainsaw build, since yall are uptodate with Chainsaw stuffs...I'll share it... It uses HW mainly with the only chainsaw power we have, I'll just view the HW attacks as slicing through my enemies hehe :biggrin:

    Holy potato, people actually READ this post? Well, darn. Anyway, I haven't thought of any creative names or if it's got a passive/form separate from other move sets. But the primary mechanic is Bleeds and the debuff 'Torn Flesh.' Extra DPS is always neccessary. And also, for a maintain/AoE moveset, I'd rather it be somewhat nerfed, (Without being in game yet? Wot!) because to me it sounds ridiculously overpowered. The MOST it should do is like.. Two gun mojo DPS with a 100 hands maintain length. Just my personal opinion. >_>

    Maybe it's the fact I'm only halfway through my first cup of coffee, but I thought there was a chainsaw, as a pvp drop thing or something? I'm trying to remember.

    Or is it yet another legacy item that is no longer available?

    PvP -IS- a legacy item.
    No, but in all seriousness It costs 6,43-- something Acclaim.. Wasn't that a company? I think it was. ANWAY! There was one previous chainsaw aside from gauntlet chainsaw that was a PvP rarity, really. It only had about 20 uses or so.
