Force/Telepathy/Telekinesis

Hello good people, I have had a lot of fun making my own builds. Most of them have centered around melee; something I am most comfortable with but its time to step out of my comfort zone. I am thinking of a force/telepathy/telekinesis build. I haven't seen anything on the forums (I didn't go past 04/01/12). The only synergy I see is that Telekinetic Maelstrom and Telekinesis both do crushing damage so those power (in theory) would work well with the force set. Has anyone tried to combine these powers into one build or is this even viable?

    You could try:

    Ego Form - Passive

    TK/Force attacks

Telepathy for Ego Sleep and healing abilities

Since TK and Ego Form go well together, the majority of your attacks would likely be TK based, with perhaps a force bolt energy builder (with energy refraction advantage)

Stats wise - EGO/CON/DEX with Ego Reverb as your energy unlock

Concentration as your form of choice

If you are going to grab a block power be sure to pick up Force Shield with Force Sheath Advantage since it scales with Ego, spamming block every 8 secs for the Sheath should provide you with decent energy as well as minor defense along side your healing and Ego Reverb.

    I'd say it was viable.

After I get an internet connection established in my new house I'll see about putting a build together that fits what you're looking for.

    Cool, thanks man!

Here's a rough version (untested, mind you) but I feel that it could work.

    PowerHouse (Link to this build)

    Name: TP/TK/Force

    Archetype: Freeform

    Super Stats:
    Level 6: Recovery (Primary)
    Level 10: Dexterity (Secondary)
    Level 15: Presence (Secondary)

    Talents:
    Level 1: The Grimoire
    Level 6: Agile
    Level 9: Intimidating
    Level 12: Tireless
    Level 15: Impresario
    Level 18: Finesse
    Level 21: Lasting Impression

    Powers:
Level 1: Kinetic Darts (Incisive Wit)
Level 1: Ego Weaponry (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Ego Blade Frenzy (Rank 2)
Level 8: Personal Force Field (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Ego Sprites (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 14: Telekinetic Shield
Level 17: Force Eruption (Rank 2)
Level 20: Psychic Vortex (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 23: Ego Blade Annihilation (Rank 2, Mental Acuity)
Level 26: Telekinetic Maelstrom (Rank 2)
Level 29: Dark Transfusion (Blood Sacrifice)
Level 32: Field Surge (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 35: Form of the Tempest
    Level 38: Conviction

    Travel Powers:
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations:
    Recovery: Withstand (2/2)
    Recovery: Rapid Recovery (3/3)
    Recovery: Staying Power (2/2)
    Recovery: Super Charged (3/3)
    Arbiter: Enforcer (3/3)
    Arbiter: Ruthless (2/2)
    Arbiter: Rend (2/2)
    Arbiter: Concussion (3/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Slaughter (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Reactive Strikes (2/2)
    Mastery: Recovery Mastery (1/1)

Feel free to change it how you see fit. I've pretty much moved away from using energy unlocks and into using Recovery. So a lot of my builds may not be what people look for. I left out the travel powers and two unspent advantages because I don't know your preferred method of travel.

I have a friend who does the opposite, a good energy unlock setup rather than int or rec. both can work, but the energy unlock setup works better for those who ever plan on fighing VIPER, no PFF required!

Oh I don't doubt it. I put PFF in because I wasn't sure if they wanted offensive or defensive. As far as fighting VIPER, any setup will work, PFF or not.

Speaking of VIPER I havent killed them in a looong time...I think they miss my forcefields :3

Once I finish this assignment on...Serial Position Effect...I'll throw some force fields at VIPER
