Well... that is what they plan.. we need to show them how much and how many players DO care about it so they shift priorities...
It is annoying and even obnoxious but if they are ignoring what players want and try to imposes things from the top, they will keep fostering more discontent.
I'm not saying they have to do EVERYTHING we want... but at least start a DIALOGUE
I'm sick and tired of talking to a wall, when this game could easily grab more attention and be on a stronger position.

Agreed. Heck, I'm not even convinced that there are devs.
Other game: I knew all about the devs, their characters, what they liked in-game AND out-of-game, I felt like I was part of their family.
In CO I feel like I'm considered to be an ATM, nothing more. I mean, TrailTurtle claims he gathers information to pass to the devs...but given their response, I have to assume that either Trail is lying, or the devs belong in Arkham.
STO: I know about the game, I have detailed information about things that are coming months in advance. Devs keep us informed, sometimes directly, not having to pass things to a CM who MIGHT get a useful answer...but who WILL inform us that there is a TT AF in the loot.
STO uses the same engine as CO, managed by the same company, and most of the same devs (since devs are, essentially interchangeable on the current CO games). The way you treat CO is, frankly, stunning and incomprehensible.

Thats because STO is a more popular game than CO, and STO brings in more money. Of course they would make more improvements to the game that brings in the most cash while CO is a minority in the company.

Sure, it makes sense that they'll get more development, more devs, more publicity. But for them to actually go out of their way to ignore us and practically TELL us they're ignoring us, THAT is bizarre.
Please please... add a way for us to rename our Nemesii or delete those we are no longer happy with...
It could be for a big amount of Nemesis tokens or for something like 200 zen
I like this idea, but I think I'd prefer to pay with Nemesis Tokens. The Nem system has been untainted by PWE's $$ grubbing so far, I think we should keep it that way. Unless they plan on giving Cryptic the resources and manpower to revamp the Nem System.
I will say that I do like the idea since there are some random nemesis I have made and do wish to remove them from my roster. I try to make my nemesis tie to the backstory of my character and when I am out of ideas I make random looking bad guys. If I could change the name of them or remove them completely would be a bonus.
I'd say it'd be worth it, but it kind of isn't, not with the nemesis system in such sad shape and no foreseeable future.
I would agree. The nemesis system seems like a big deal when you first start playing, but then it kind of isn't.
If your nemesis has a dumb name... oh well, it's not really that big a deal, and if you just do the nemesis missions then you'll get to make a new one sooner or later anyway. It's not like anyone actually cares what your nemesis' name is.. and if it bothers you, just turn off npc nameplates when you go to see your nemesis.
I'd rather them spend their time improving the nemesis system by adding all the missing power sets and maybe making a few more missions. For all we know, implementing a "nemesis rename token" could take them six months to figure out and end up causing Vibora Bay to turn into a giant cheese cake.
Hey wait... cheese cake? IMPLEMENT THIS NOW!

True. I do like have an option fo renaming/deleting nemeses.
Problem is, as it is now, the nemesis system is one big "meh". After doing all the missions and having two sets of heirlooms most of the time I can't be even bothered to have more nemeses, some of my characters do not have any active ones.
Because why bother? I can't set missions fitting any concepts except the most generic ones.
Heck, I did even things like Generic_Nemesis_Male in default costume and Might powers only to have a dummy for farming tokens - it's like "don't bother, I'm not interested with your generic villainous plans, just give me those tokens and sod off".

Specially when you make nemesis while this one is drunk

Giving that the heirloom set can only be acquired by doing it, it really discourages players from earning that convenience.
