I think this guy was planed to play a part in a Maniacs mission intended for the Westside revamp after the F2P patch, but obviously was never made.
I don't think it's an easter egg, since the ability to use the cursor durring cutscenes is a bug.
Did you just use two chars to make that, or did you discover a bug that allows you to load a male costume save on a female char?
This is not a Bug, but an Easter Egg! Experimental Burst Ray with the Arcturus Cooling System has a really low chance to Turns your character into Gordon Freeman from Half-Life series!

Arcturus Cooling System (2 Advantage Points)
Increases the chance of getting secondary effects and halves the chance and duration of Overheating your Experimental Burst Ray by temporarily creating a portal to an alternate reality, dissipating the immense heat generated from Overcharging into that alternate reality instead of our own. The likelihood of that reality being populated is astronomically low, so it's probably fine.

Find one with a Green Bar of health that dose not walk around. Then click on them a lot, and when I say a lot, I mean A LOT:mad:. After many clicks they well start following you for about 10 or so seconds.

It's only invisible because you are blind to it's color. The color is called krulwich. If you could see it you would not like what you see. It's a ugly combination lime green and pink. < bleech >
Though I wonder how or why the helmet does that. If they could figure that out maybe they can figure out coloring. They probably already did and is just waiting for sales to die out before introducing the "new feature".

You seem to have gotten your green super mutant in my black stereotype.
They gave us 40 bird-shaped vehicles, 3 tanks, and a hover bike. Even one of the *hoverbikes* ended up bird shaped.
I'm still depressed over this fact. I do not like bird-centric characters, but it seems like if I wanna fit my vehicle I pretty much gotta have one.
