I have a tendency to skip the announcements which is on every single thread. Then I realised that's where the forum policies are posted. And there I was looking under all the different tabs trying to figure out where the policies could be found LOL.
So a few questions for TT:
Are there any restorative actions which can be taken?
Are users notified of the demerits which are given or will they only know when they are suspended?
When the status of a user says banned, is that the permanent ban or could it refer to the temporary suspension?
Do users get notified of suspension and bans or do they only find out when they try to log in to forum?
When users are banned, are they still able to read or are they totally locked out of the forum?
These questions are to seek clarification because I had not seen a forum ban prior to this and is not meant for any flame wars to start. Hope this is not considered as
"Discussing disciplinary actions taken against any forum, or game account."
Thanks for bringing this up the way you did, I'm happy to clarify questions of policy.
-All disciplinary actions are subject to review. I tend to believe I make the correct decision the first time.
-Any infractions given generate notifications.
-vBulletin does not show any visible difference between suspensions and permanent bans.
-There is no linkage between the forums and the game, so any users would only find out upon logging in to the forums.
-I'm actually not sure. Regardless, banned players could read the forums as a guest without being logged in.

Maybe all the developers were banned and that's why the Dev Tracker is empty.
That would require one or more devs watching this game so that they could ban the others...
I find it more possible that a piece of the meteorite in Russia fell in the game's engine and caused a chain reaction causing a mental barrier to humans when they try to access that subforum.

I am sure the info will be a useful reminder to other forum users.

No, he didn't . He just didn't ban enough people. There's at least one person that I feel should have been added to the list...
But he definitely got it right up to that point...
