Athena hid those powers in the baby, Deborah King, knowing a child's mind could not utilize them. When Athena was able to take the powers back, it seemed some residual effect left the child with omnipotent Godly powers. Dinah pleaded with Athena to allow Deborah to have a normal life, so Athena placed mental blocks in Deborah's mind to block access to those abilities. As Deborah grow older, she seems to be able to access more of the abilities and during times of great stress she has been known to access all the godly powers.

Code Name: Power Plant Real Name: Michael Pierce Status: Hero Powers: Unlimited. Can only have 1 power at a time. Description: As a result of an experiment to attempt to copy the machine utilized by [url="http://co-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=2903691&postcount=64:]the Preceptor [/url], Michael Pierce had his DNA altered so that his body would produce a variety of different abilities. However, unable to hold any of the powers, the experiment was considered a failure. A year ofter the experiment, Pierce discovered he had powers, except they would "reset" ever time he went to sleep. So every morning he would wake up with a different power, not of his choosing. Sometimes he would wake up with "side effects" of those powers, such as fur or green skin.

She has been know to use a small electronic suit of armour to give her the ability to fly. Sandra employs small spikes (like stings) with a toxin. Description: I have always wanted to develop a "shrinking character", however I thought it would be neat if the costume didn't shrink. Every time this character shrunk to insect size, she would leave a pile of clothes behind. Then, naked, she would have to dress into her outfit which was already micro sized. Beesting is a member of the "Dirty Girls" villain group.
Code Name: Hinomaru Real Name: Classified Status: Hero Powers: Superspeed, Enhanced Strength, ability to fire Force Bolts. Description: Representing Japan, two seperate heroes named Hinomaru have doned the Rising Sun uniform. The Japanese government created Hinomaru as a symbol for their country thus a female and male version has appeared.
Code Name: The Roman Real Name: ? Status: Villain Powers: Immortal villain who has the ability to form weapons from solid light. Body turns to solid light when power is used. Author's Note: I had a consept of a character who, when they use their abilities, whould become "solid light". I thought it would look neat if this person had "armor" over the solid light, and further thought it would be cool to have a roman type mask. Thus The Roman was born.

Description: As a result of an experiment to attempt to copy the machine utilized by [url="http://co-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=2903691&postcount=64:]the Preceptor [/url], Michael Pierce had his DNA altered so that his body would produce a variety of different abilities. However, unable to hold any of the powers, the experiment was considered a failure. A year ofter the experiment, Pierce discovered he had powers, except they would "reset" ever time he went to sleep. So every morning he would wake up with a different power, not of his choosing. Sometimes he would wake up with "side effects" of those powers, such as fur or green skin.

His mechanically-enhanced body, much of which is metallic, is far more durable than a normal human body. Black Metal's internal computer system can interface with external computers. Other features include electronic 'eyes' which replicates vision, but at a superhuman level. His mechanical parts contain a wide variety of tools and weapons.

Description: I have always wanted to develop a "shrinking character", however I thought it would be neat if the costume didn't shrink. Every time this character shrunk to insect size, she would leave a pile of clothes behind. Then, naked, she would have to dress into her outfit which was already micro sized. Beesting is a member of the "Dirty Girls" villain group.
