You probably can't. I can't think of any hair that big, and the tights and gloves don't have exact match either.
On top of that, the Terms of Service prohibit copying copyrighted or trademarked characters. Doing so risks someone reporting you, which would result in a GM reviewing your costume and resetting it to default if it is in violation.

You can probably get the feet and ears easily enough. Not sure there are any bear-like paws (probably but I never had any reason to look). The body costume MIGHT be matched by one of the newer tights sets (possibly part of the Millennium Tights pack)... the ones like Ion, Talon, Spark, Vortex and so on... if you use one of those tights with skins patterns you can come at least marginally close I imagine.
The hair, though, will be tough to match --- even the biggest poofiest hair isn't THAT big.
Y'know you can't play as copyrighted characters, yeah? But a simple name change (don't call her Felicia, or anything remotely resembling that name), pallette swap and background story change will pretty much let you get away with it.
Long messy hair, cat ears, choker, Curves torso tights (New Millennium) with fake skin trick, Bear hands (Wild Things), Fur belt (Viking), beast legs, Curves leg tights (New Millennium) with fake skin trick, Fur hips gear, cat tail, Wolf Long feet.
True can't do the name or try to copy the look but I think the image above is too far from being considered a clone. It's a very thin line between clone and homage but I don't think CO has enough costume piece to even clone this characters, if you are concerned about cloning change the hair color.
after them i got kinda board trying to do a clone and did this inspired by one instead
May even role her up as a toon call her tigress or somthing (99.9% sure thats taken by marvel or DC so probably not) or may alter it to a white lepord pattern and go down some kind of snow lepord theme

The OP never said anything about making the actual char but it wouldnt hurt the OP to read that.
