More Holographic Parts!

Seriously, this is an awesome bit of visual stylishness, and it's woefully underutilized.

We have the PSI recog parts, the Mindslayer shoulders/bracers, and the items from the HoloHex C-Store pack... we need more parts using this effect.

Why not take the bubbles from the Sci-Fi set, and give them a Hologram option alongside the Glass and Opaque options? Heck, that could be done for all glass-style parts, such as the Gadroon Shield bracers.

I second this, but with the stipulation that they be attached to your character, instead of just kinda floating a distance away.

I'd love to see some holo-wings, "hard light" weapon models, an energy cape, energy visors, and so on.

    Bingo!

I confess, part of the reason I want this is so I can take the Classic Sphere bubble-helmet from the Sci-Fi set and invisible-fy it (pick Pure Black as color) so it only shows with aura-using powers, like can be done with the other holo-parts, so I can make a psionic character using the floating brain option, and make it look like the powers are emanating from said brain...

I would love to have selectable textures on the existing ones first. Every set of holo pieces looks too different from the others to look good in combination.

Also /signed this wasn't such an issue when i could only run low quality graphics, now i can run the game on max its far more noticable.

I'll endorse this -- as long as it's in the C-Store, Q-Store, or someplace similar and not in Grab Bags, Lock Boxes, and such.

(I wanted to buy the old Arms Crafted Costume Unlocks, but unless something's changed they're only available at random through the Drifter Salvage Store. I find that unacceptable.)

I assure you, I will never suggest something be obtainable only via random-chance means.

I believe you. However, that doesn't mean that it won't be done that way in the end.
