Wow. I never realized how much Cryptic removed when they updated to On Alert!... and it's actually...
You know what? This makes me angry. Under the guise of an 'update' and 'improvement', we straight up got robbed of these items. Cryptic, you wanna make some money? Cash in on this. Recognition collecting is stale, you can do that. But the fact that you REMOVED these from the game is really pathetic.
Models marked [inaccessible] are seen in-game but we are not now, nor have we ever been able to use them (for reasons I can't fathom).

Admittedly, I know nothing of programming, so it could be.
I'd love to have all the pieces back, but what I'm most concerned about is getting them back the way we got the crafted costume pieces back: in a box you need to open thirty other boxes to buy (if you only get 2 salvage each time) to get a random piece you probably didn't even want.
I'd happily buy them as a set from the Z-store, though.
Edit: Oh, and thank you for reminding me I have to put 'No longer available as of the On Alert patch' on most of these wiki pages. Will get on that now.
Re-edit: Should be finished, though i may have missed one or two.
I still have 90% of all of these.

Wait? Whaaaa..?
It's been a year since On Alert and the gear revamp messed up the costume unlocks (including the Nemcon drops and the Backpack Gadgeteer, which is lost since Free For All!), and 6 months until you promised to bring them back!
You may have got the "Legacy Crafter" costume sets covered, but there is still a long list of things to do!
Cryptic, it's time to clean up the mess you made and give back what got lost!
We won't be statisfied until we get them back!

If I could trade them away to people who really want them, I would.
And yeah, it's just... weird and disappointing that they aren't available to new folks, particularly since the art assets/code is THERE, but Cryptic can't afford the small dev time needed to modify unlock drops.

I agree it is misleading and yes the issue is they can no longer be gained for new players.
FYI: Be careful of what you wish for... These are probably going in the Drifter Store for a massive Salvage cost and a random chance. I hope you like spending a hundred dollars or tens of thousands of gold looking for the few specific ones you want. PerfectWorld is experienced at profiting off "gotta have it no matter what" collectors.
So a better question is how much are you willing to pay? And if they go in a lockbox or Drifter box, are you willing to gamble for it?

If you have previously unlocked them, then yes- you can use them. The problem I am pointing out is that they are no longer accessible. Sorry for not being clear. I figured people'd read past the title and figure it out.
The word you're looking for is "attainable" probably.

Point is, this stuff- if you don't have it from before on Alert, you can't get it. Some of the other items are entirely inaccessible.
The thing is i been here since beta and i haven't got any of this stuff at all, i didn't unlock any and when i had the scourge lockerbox it disappeared when i returned to the game, the other week my bank lost loads of rare items, they all suddenly missed, i sent a ticket to cryptic, guess what? they have no idea where it went, thinking its my fault and they wont replace any of it, claiming i deleted it, yeah good one, blame the customer, my last month on this game until they get their act together, nothing but a bunch of thieving A**H***s!
